We called ECI for an emergency call, as a new customer. Within an hour their tech, Austin came out. He fixed our air conditioning problem, quickly and efficiently as well as being very polite. He also informed me of their maintenance contracts they offer which we signed up for. Highly recommend them!!!

A bad Friday the 13th experience when I learned I need a new furnace and AC system. However the tech (Jason) and sales person (Matt) that arrived made things a bit easier. Special kudos to Jason. He is a young man with a lot of energy and willing to go the extra mile. He absolutely loves his job and the people he works with. Jason explained things in scientific detail, most of which were over my head but I enjoyed listening to his enthusiasm. I felt very comfortable going with ECI for my new system thanks to the way everything was explained and their offer to follow up in case of questions. Jason should be considered a very valuable employee, no matter where he goes and ECI should be very proud to have him. Looking forward to my new installation.

Working with ECI has been a pleasure. This is particularly important to us since we’ve had some bad experiences with contractors since we bought our house. Everyone we’ve encountered from ECI - Austin, Jeremy, Matt, Shane, James, Nick, Jim, Alex, etc. - have been honest, competent, professional, and pleasant. We will certainly be calling them again.

ECI worked on an issue with my Mitsubishi Split unit in August 2024. Their technician, Jason was prompt, polite and courteous and quickly diagnosed the issue, which required a replacement power board. Upon receiving the replacement board, Jason was able to restore proper operation of the unit. Jason exemplifies a skilled and knowledgeable technician who is a true professional and an asset to the ECI team.
ECI Comfort installed a Mitsubishi ductless split unit HVAC / heat pump system in my Upper Bucks County residence in January 2021 and the system has been running well with no noticeable issues. Ron, Joe and Matt (ECI Sales & Marketing) were courteous throughout the initial site survey and pre-installation walkthrough, and extremely knowledgeable of the Mitsubishi system, answering any questions my wife Barbara and I had concerning system operation and installation. Darren, Mike and the ECI installation crew were professional, neat, courteous and extremely helpful throughout the entire system installation process and all work was performed on time and on budget.

It was finally time to replace our 20-year-old HVAC system - it was working, but on its last leg; so, we contacted several companies for estimates. 1 of the big box stores was the most expensive quote - because they provide a rebate card for 10% of the price of the system, and the other 3 were around the same ballpark figure. ECI Comfort sent Steve to give us a quote; he took his time in explaining all the options with different manufacturers and the pros/cons of each system. Steve was able to price match one of our best offers, but with a Trane HVAC system which was superior to the other manufacturer/company we were leaning towards. The best part was that installation was scheduled for the next day at 8AM. The communication from ECI Comfort throughout this process was stellar, texts/calls each step of the way. Next day at 8AM, on time, the installers arrived - Nick and James. James made sure to protect our floors, was awesome to work with, knowledgeable and respectful - a true professional. His co-worker Nick also exemplifies professionalism. It seems ECI Comfort hires workers with integrity in mind. During the afternoon, Jim from ECI Comfort came in to give a hand to James and Nick; Jim was wonderful to work with as well. The installation was done very well, they took their time in making sure everything was done perfectly without rushing, and this was a Friday. All 3 installers from ECI Comfort stayed until 6:30PM and made sure the system ran as it should. Before I forget to mention, they cleaned up every step of the way, once they removed the old system and while installing the new system, nothing left behind, the area was spotless. After the installation, ECI Comfort followed up with texts and phone calls to ensure we were completely satisfied, this shows that this company was not here to just install and move on to the next customer. The office representative at ECI Comfort called and let us know that she will be applying for all the rebates on our behalf and registering our Trane HVAC to ensure we get the 10 year and 20-year warranties - I was used to doing this on my own, which takes some time and effort to do. ECI Comfort sent a follow-up email with all the warranty information and rebates. Steve also provided additional information on labor warranties that we are strongly considering especially with such an awesome experience we have had with ECI Comfort. Looking forward to keeping ECI Comfort for all our HVAC needs. We strongly recommend them, as you can tell from this review.

Austin, the “eci” tech arrived promptly on time. He was friendly. I showed him where our problem was, he said what might be wrong, went to work. He fixed the problem and explained what he did. Austin was very professional. Next time I have a problem I will call eci again.

Technicians Jeremy and Roger arrived on time and worked hard the entire time. They were very polite and concerned about protecting the rooms where they worked. Jeremy thoroughly explained how to system worked.
Austin was very knowledgeable and polite. He explained the work he was doing and the options for a service contract.

ECI continues to be a great company. Excellent service (Jason was our most recent technician) and responsiveness. We used ECI to install a high velocity AC system in our home and also to re-pipe a steam furnace. They’re really fantastic, and I highly recommend.

9/11/2024 once again, eci proved to be extraordinarily professional. Eci tech Austin was on time, communicated very well, and explained everything that he serviced on my furnace. Very happy with eci and highly recommend.

This company is so professional and pleasant to deal with. Their communication is excellent and their staff professional. Technicians Chuck and Jason did a great job and explained everything.
We've had several bad experiences with other, well known hvac companies. I don't know how they stay in business.
So ECI was a real pleasure to do business with.

I was extremely pleased with my experience with ECI comfort. I spoke with Chris over the phone and he explained to me about my warranty information. He told me what to expect and that a technician would perform a second opinion on my issue free of charge after having a poor experience with a separate company.
Jason was the technician and he came out the same day. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and informative. Jason walked me through my issues and the testing he performed so that I could understand my problem with the AC. Jason explained to me what I would expect going forward with the service. Thank you for taking the time to explain everything and help me to understand the problem. I appreciated being treated like a valued customer. Highly recommend ECI comfort and will definitely be using them again for future services.
Nick and Evan did an awesome job with my install. They were fast and professional. Thank you for a great install and getting me my AC running where it should be again.

Recent service call with techs Austin and Brian. It was an unexpectedly easy experience. Received notifications when they were on their way ( which was appreciated). They were both prompt, professional, polite and very patient (as I asked a lot of questions). Not sure if you can request specific techs, but these two are worth the try!
