This is my first time using Clayton’s. Seems to be the cheapest in the area. Placed my order online last night and they said they’d be out this afternoon. So far, very friendly and great customer service.

My husband has been in and out of the hospital since Thanksgiving and I never thought to check our tank for fuel. Of course we ran out over the weekend. While looking for prices and deliveries, we're new to the area, all I found were 2-4 day schedules and high prices. I found Discount Fuel and called first thing Monday morning. Without telling him my troubles, his only question was " are you out?" When I said yes he said I'll be there today. It's 9pm and he just left. Mark was wonderful. He even came in and started the heater for me. Who does that? I'm impressed and he has a new customer. I highly recommend him. Thank you Mark!

I have been a Clayton fuel oil customer in Chalfont for a number of years and they are dependable and excellent on priceIf you are a “will call” customer and you discover that you are very low on oil in your tank; call them and they will make a delivery that day if you call them early in the morningGive them a call and try them and you won’t be disappointed

Been using Clayton fuel since I've been in my house. Same day service for me in Churchville pa. Always the best pricing. Super fast service and reliable. The driver was even playing fetch with my dog who greeted him with a ball. Highly recommend for your fueling needs!

First time customer of Clayton’s after my go to fuel company went out of business. Found their pricing to be the best in the area so figured give them a try. The process and pricing were straight forward. They made sure to lock my gate which I appreciate. They even gave me a suggestion for repairs considering my go to went out of business. All in all a 10/10. I’ve recommended them to my parents who will be using them for their next delivery.

I was looking around for the best price for heating oil on the internet, I called Clayton discount Fuel and spoke to someone very nice, they gave me all the information, I was able to get my tank filled for a reasonable price and when the driver came he was very nice, on time.

HORRIBLE customer service…order placed on 7/18 for oil delivery for 7/19, no oil delivered 7/19 call placed to answering service and no return call. Call to company on 7/24 as no oil delivered as of then, and was informed that oil will be delivered 7/25. Multiple calls on 7/25 as no oil delivered by early evening, and was told by employer that “we’re under a tornado watch so the truck is on the side of the road somewhere, but I will call the driver to find out where they are in delivering, but if you were told it would come today, it will be there today.” Never received a phone call back, and when I called the company back by late evening, after making multiple calls to different numbers, I asked for any updates on reaching the driver and was simply told “nope” and disconnected. If you are going to promise a delivery date when customers place orders than you should stand behind your word, if you can’t a simple means of communication (phone call, email) would go a long way in keeping customers happy, but apparently this business does not care about that. I’ll never use them for oil delivery again!
