BluePearl was recommended by our Vet since this is an eye issue and somewhat rare. Analpontment was scheduled more quickly and is a non emergency. The pre visit information and reminder of appt. Came with a good deal of information and directions. Impressive! Once arriving at BluePearl, we checked in and their process and intake was efficient. We waited a few mi Utes for the the vet we are meeting and specializes in eyes. 12 year old Persian, Addie can be hard to deal with but the staff was excellent with her. Thorough exam and validated the issue and then recommended the treatment for this with costs. The office area and reception is pleasant and clean. And Dr Long and staff are professional and explained everything! Highly recommend based upon this initial visit.

I have dogs for over 30 years. There have been many times that I needed Blue Pearl. Usually when you go there it’s an emergency sometimes to the extreme. I’ve been in both situations. Upon arrival, they are ready with the help and advice you need to make important decisions. Every time I need to go there I’m terrified of what may happen. Every part of the staff is quick on their feet, extremely knowledgeable and comforting. I don’t know what I would do without them.

My Mastiff was mauled by a Rottweiler today due to lack of good and safe pet ownership and I brought my dog to this hospital. I showed up crying, shaking, almost non verbal from shock and fear for my dog. The staff was immediately comforting and quickly sprung into action. They made sure both me and my dog received the best care possible and gave me constant updates about her health status and wellbeing. I can not express how much this kindness meant to me and how grateful I am for every single staff member at this location. From the bottom of my heart thank you for treating and rescuing my dog who means the world to me. If you have any animal emergency this is the place to go. Once again thank you so much.

Our dog was quite ill. I found all of the doctors extremely knowledgeable and thorough with their treatment of our little guy. The doctors rotate but each one was completely apprised of his situation. When calling for updates, the front desk was so professional and pleasant. On days when there were several emergencies someone got right back to us with an update on his prognosis.

First of all this was the first place I called. Polly was so pleasant I just felt so comfortable and welcome that I didn't even need to call another place to make my appt. When my husband and I took our sick rescue puppy in the woman at the desk was so sweet. We presented some possible problems that we might have with our puppy and she immediately addressed them, which was a big relief ! Katie took us into the exam room and we gave her a full history of everything that was going on. She was so calm, caring, compassionate and just listened to every frustrating, heartbreaking story of our puppy's journey up until now. This was definitely the place for us to be !

My entire experience was good with the emergency services in the middle of the night. The front desk was amazing. The communication between them and the doctors were great. I really did feel like my dog was well care for a while there. They sent records immediately to my dogs regular vet And were available anytime I called day or night.

Since my babygirl Molly had to go to Blue Pearl the other day she has turned a corner and gotten much better and more back to herself??❤️. Thankyou God!!! I appreciated how calm and patient Dr Frankle was with me while discussing everything. I also appreciated how the woman at the front desk came on out to update me while all the testing was being done for my girl. I feel lucky to have such quality care right around the corner when needed?

Blue pearl made me feel so comfortable during my visit. The staff were all so wonderful. They were so kind at the front desk and the vet tech and dr. explained everything. I would highly recommend them for your pets needs. I will be forever grateful to all of the staff for making me and my pet safe

The visit was very pleasant. Everyone, Dr Puerto and his staff, loved our Vienna. Even when she was excited, they knew how to be with her, examine her and love her without sedation. Thank you to them all!

My poor baby boy had an allergic reaction to something and experienced facial swelling. Blue pearl was wonderful to us. He was taken back immediately, given a steroid shot, and with instant improvement we were discharged all within less than an hour. Definitely would go back anytime for emergencies!
