The price was WELL below other bids for the same exact carpet and an upgraded padding. Very professional from start to finish. The carpet looks great. The installers were pleasant and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for carpets.

We had our 3 bedrooms carpeted upstairs . Really good service , nice product selection , good advice from the carpet lady. Installation was clean professional and guys were honest and polite . Very very competitive price!!

The Carpet Lady did our hardwood floors throughout our first floor. Everyone was wonderful to work with - friendly, knowledgeable and flexible - and prices were unbeatable. The guys did a fantastic job removing old wood and carpets and laying the new floors. They also replaced our standard builder baseboards with a 6" trim - which made a huge difference in the overall look. They inserted insulation under the front door jam as they noticed it was never installed (this should help with winter draft now). Cleanup was excellent and the house was still very livable throughout the process. After install, a couple boards needed to be replaced - they had no problem coming out to make the fixes. We have recommended them to friends/neighbors and would def use again for new carpet in our FR.
