I took off from work to purchase one of their delivery cars, was told they had 50 cars available for purchase, but it wasnt till spending just short of 3 hrs wait in line, out in The cold, that i found out they lied about how many cars they had available. There were only 16 cars, which were in bad shape. I had sold my Van the night before, my only transportation, cause thats how i was able to come up with money to purchase one of their vehicle's. Since there were so few cars, they had sold out just 2 ppl ahead of me in line. I got there on time and was still number 23. Even after finding that i was the 23rd in line, i was still confident I would be driving away in a vehicle. Even if everyone ahead of me bought 2 cars each, i still had a good chance t9 choose between a few cars. They are dishonest and i do not recommend doing business with this company.

I was told they would have 50 of their delivery cars available for purchase, was given a time n date. I showed up on time, was not late, and it wasnt until waiting for 3 hrs standing in the cold that i was lied to and not only were there not 50 cars available, but there wasnt even 20 cars at which sold completely out 2 people ahead of me. This is not even the worst of it, it cost me a days wage and because I trusted the info that i was given, in order to make sure i had enough money to purchase one of their vehicles i had sold my only vehicle just the night before. This experience, my experience with this company has been very disappointing, costly, and a major setback. I would never recommend dishonesty, and a company that has no respect for people in their community.

Had a great experience and came in looking for necessary items but was immediately turned off by one of your employees. Matt Ryan talked to me in a manner that was disrespectful that including racial and homophobic slurs. I will not be returning and have made it a goal of mine to tell as many people about this incident so no one has to meet and talk to this awful man. Do not go to eastern auto parts until this man is fired.

Great staff, lousy company, made up prices. After doing business with them since 1993, they deleted my account. No phone call, just delete. Prices are sooo hi, it makes more sense to tell the costomer "I have to order online, I'll call you when it comes in." I bought a Walker Cat online for $150. eastern auto wanted over $300. for it. Most of their "my cost" prices are more than other public parts venders after paying tax.

Lousy service. Can do better at Napa. Can't even get management on the phone to complain, let alone getting a question answered. If, by chance you do, they blame their mistakes on the drivers and proceed to fire them via their 'fire at will clause'. They treat their employees badly and don't even offer full-time, so they don't have to offer the backbone of their business benefits or overtime. Don't order from this company. They usually get it wrong and are a prime example of what's wrong with this country today.

This is the photo typical auto parts house. They have grown from a small store on lincoln highway to a multi location, multi state parts house. They focus primarily on wholesale business and not retail. The ownership can put together a impressive group of workers however they lack the common sense to keep their prices the same from one hour to another. They sell a massive selection of brand name parts but as said eariler they shoot themselves in the foot daily. Should you need parts it is best to shop around because where you least expect the best price cause many brands now selling the same item in different boxes. So a wise buyer is a smart buyer. They have moved to Wheeler Way in Langhorne.
