Prior to this last visit I could only speak highly for this location. This last visit was a real let down in that the blood draw procedures outlined by the specific lab weren't followed and the phlebotomist returned a partially empty and a totally empty vial to the lab. I now have to have the blood draws done again at additional cost. I'll have to go to a different site at this point.

very sloppy, last 2 visits. been a customer for last 8 years this year terrible. new staff are inexperienced, had to call to get my results after days didn’t show up on my email.
more important the phlebotomists are inexperienced stick several times to get in. I am a Radiologist and this is unacceptable! never had this problem in so many visits until this year!
