Honestly if I could have given them a negative star I would have…. Absolutely disgusted by this company and how they conduct business.. if you can go elsewhere for a loan please do.. I’d like to get a lawyer involved in my situation. Contacted my state representative . Added 7,000 (almost doubling my payment) to my loan because they said I didn’t have the “right insurance” for the loan… (which I did and proved it , actually walked off the lot with that insurance when I bought the car ) went to the facility with paperwork In hand .. they said they can’t help sorry … sent the paperwork.. still nothing , then repoed my car … had to pay over 3000 dollars to get it back for them to tell me oh the received the paperwork I sent .. my loan still to this day is over what I bought the car for.. absolutely ridiculous!

I had a great experience working with American Heritage. I had the pleasure of working with Katrina to refinance my vehicle. She made it such a painless and simple process. I enjoyed that I worked with the same person throughout the duration of the process. I also enjoy the convince of American Heritage location and hours!

Excellent customer service. I had to renew a CD that required some specific changes to it. I was pleasantly greeted and she efficiently made changes to the terms that I requested. All it took 5 minutes.I didn't experience any lag time when I called and I was pleasantly surprised.Kudos to AHCU
