“My daughter attends Univ Delaware and we chose this facility for it's location, ease of access and of course cost as the locker was only going to be used over the summer. The team welcomed us like we were old friends, they took care of our move in and gave us no problems or extra charges when we moved out. Highly recommend this facility. The staff truly was a cut above anywhere else we considered. They answered every question, email response was super quick and friendly folks that seemed to actually enjoy working there.”

They responded to my call immediately and we were able to set up delivery of the container on the exact date we needed and to set up the exact date for pick up and moving to our new home. “This is such a well organized, and well run company. I have been a customer for years now. Janet the current staff member running the office has always been delightful to speak with. There have been others too and they have always followed through with a call back or whatever my need may have been. The storage units are well kept. Very clean and well lighted. Very safe too. They can automatically take payments on a specific day of the month. I get a bill emailed to me a few days before. And always have received a statement after monies were paid. They have it all down to a science. I can set a clock to my monthly dealings with them. THAT SHOULD SAY IT ALL !!! I must say so much - better operated than another company not far from this one, as well as other storage companies in different states..... Thank you for your service”
