Very attentive and friendly customer service. Service on my front brakes was performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner and for a fair price. I didn't wait there for my car but they have a nice and clean waiting area if you have to.

This was the 2nd time I went to Jeffcoats, and I am a true fan!They are efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable.They answer my phone calls and return my messages quickly. (I can't remember the lady's name that answers the phone, Lauren maybe? She does a great job!)They also are patient when I ask (my many) questions.They are located very close to my home.Perhaps most importantly, though, their prices are very reasonable.Jeffcoats, I will be using you as my auto mechanic and refer you to anyone who asks! The Jeffcoats team is fantastic to work with - trustworthy, reliable always fair in doing their best work in a reasonable time.
