I was very pleased with entire process of renting a unit that needed a climate control environment. Debbi explained the process clearly. I needed a second unit near our first unit and she found the perfect one. Very accommodating and friendly staff.

Great experience! Very clean facility. We rented both an outdoor and an indoor unit. The outdoor unit was very easy to access - drive up. The door was very manageable to work - bring your own lock! I was nearly able to pack my entire house inside, the space was super roomy. Both units were temperature controlled and none of my stuff came away moist or with any weird odors. The indoor unit was well lit and the hallways allowed easy passage. They let me pick from a wide variety of sizes. I loved having the extra options. They have great security and a super friendly staff for any odd question or concern. They are proactive with pest control - we stored for over a month with no concerns. Again, this facility was so clean! I would absolutely store here again and 10/10 would recommend.

Very nice temperature controlled clean facility! I feel comfortable knowing my furniture and household items are clean and safe. Very convenient 24 hour access and secure. The customer service is phenomenal!

Immaculate facility, all buildings and units are well marked, nicely lit in the evening time and Debbie at the front desk is super nice and helpful to everybody. 24 hour a day access makes it easy for you to get into your unit.

Too me NewGarden is the most clean and accomidating de storage. I have used them several times for storage. The facility is in a very nice location and its managed by Debbi Cook she is completely helpful.

This storage facility is easy to access the 24/7 availability was super convenient. The units have pretty high ceilings and everything was meticulously clean in and out. Debbie at the front desk was super accommodating and I had a pleasant experience overall. I only left when I no longer needed a climate controlled storage unit. I recommend them for those who do!
