Just want to say Don't waste your money on lifetime guarantee. They will not give you a refund if needed.i purchase a wedding ring couple of years back and need repair they stole me can't repair it.They want us to choose a one time replacement which Is fine but the cost of the ring now are crazy high so now I'm forced to get a downgraded ring compared to the one we originally purchased. They have bad customers service saying they can't do anything didn't even try to help at all will not be shopping here again.

My fiancé and I were planning on just stopping by to look at wedding bands. We started off with a girl who seemed to be new and not sure about a lot of the rings. I was bummed because I was not finding a band that I liked and my fiancé had found one he was interested in. That’s when Megan came in and gave us so much great advice and was truly wonderful in helping me find the ring of my dreams! I never would have looked twice at my ring if it wasn’t for her ✨ Thanks to Megan we will certainly be forever zales customers! Thank you Megan!

My future hubby & I recently visited ZALES in park city to have his grandmothers rings sized to me, unfortunately we were unable to do so.. BUT in an amazing turn of events we worked with an outstanding employee Megan who was more than helpful in assisting us with picking out a new engagement ring that was perfect for me! She was extremely personable and I could see that she truly enjoyed what she does and was just as happy & excited to help me make my choice as I was. We can’t wait to see the ring in person! Megan, Jessica, and melinda was awesome! They assisted us with picking my wife's 12 year wedding ring upgrade. They watched over our kids as we took the time to find the perfect ring. Such a blessing!
