I keep trying to call, use the virtual assistant, and nothing. I keep getting disconnected and the phone number is useless. I signed up for a plan that was $15 and suddenly the bill jumped to $45 with no explanation.

Comcast has the absolute worst possible customer service experience each and every time. How is it even possible that the customer experience can be equally disappointing with each attempt.

Horrible employees with bad attitudes!Greeted and then told to sit. Waited 10 minutes to then just ask the guy why I can’t just pick up my new modem waiting for me.He said he’s greeting new customers while texting on his phone. He didn’t do a thing the entire time I was there. When another employee finished he told that guy to help me because he didn’t want to. I wasn’t a sale for them so I wasn’t important.I asked where the manager was and they said in the back, he’s not there to help customers. Then he’s pointless just like them, Comcast is a monopoly and I can’t wait to leave you animals ✌?

So I meant to complete the text survey but I guess I waited too long. I came in here because i couldn’t transfer my new number to my new phone and have dual sim. While trying to get it done it broke my phone number and had no access to this number. I came in pretty late and Corrado helped me out. He fixed my issue and he was very patient even after the store had closed. He stayed late and fixed my problem, got my phone working again. Thank you so much Corrado. You went above and beyond in my opinion. They could have kicked me out and told me to come back the next day. Thank you.

I was in a hurry and had sit for a few minutes for the next rep...everyone was very friendly. It only took a few minutes to be waited on by a very helpful young lady. There was a time when I despised Comcast, but over the last few years they have been very good to us. I won't be changing service anytime soon unless they really drop the ball. Thanks Lancaster Comcast store.

Finally after like 30 years I get to not have to pay Concast or Xfinity what e er its called. Okay I cancel turn in all my equipment and close out the account Xfinity keeps charging my bank account. Each month they take more first 80 than 90 than 120 Okay so I call but can't stop the payments cause I don't have an account. They tell me I have Bo account. So I go to this place, they tell me it's gonnatake about 3 hours.

Everyone in the store was extremely helpful, especially Shaunte, Terrence, and Jose. I had a major headache/nightmare with actual Xfinity, these three (on two separate occasions) did whatever they could to help me. I truly believe they were very frustrated, too, with their mother company. I would not advice anyone to have Comcast/Xfinity. Sadly, we are stuck in their monopoly, however, if anyone does need help, The Fruitville Pike store has very helpful, acknowledgeable employees - again, especially the three I indicated above. BTW, part of my problem was resolved, but we were trying to install a new modem so we didn't have to pay each month to rent Xfinity's modem. This problem hasn't been solved, since Xfinity's communications system is beyond horrible!

I cancelled my account with them a considerable time with them to go to a more affordable option. They decided to renew my contract after I had changed to a month to month then when I returned all of the equipment they did not properly receive it and sent a $150 bill to collections stating I did not return equipment. Currently pursuing options of small claims to get this money back.

If I could leave a zero I would... over a week ago, I reported a very dangerous situation involving a low hanging Xfinity line over an entry/exit road where children ride their bikes and people run. I Initially reported the safety issue via the text assistant and received a confirmation text that the issue would be addressed. Two days later, I received a text indicating the case was closed… what??? I reported the situation again via text and via an agent over 8 times in the following days, and each time was assured the repair was scheduled to be completed that day. I would then again receive a text stating the case was closed- to date nothing has been done!Xfinity's customer support, service and follow up is perhaps the worst I’ve ever experienced, anywhere. Complete lack of communications, no follow up, no continuity or internal tracking of problems and solutions... their level of overall incompetence and pure negligence is simply staggering for a company of their size. Very much looking forward to soon having a couple options for high-speed internet fiber companies entering the local market here soon.

My dad did not want expensive phone. Salesman said one was $99.99, that was OK. We were told it was not 5G. I continued looking at it, after my dad got roped into higher priced phone, I noticed it said 5G. The salesman "assured" me that was incorrect. I'm sure he was not honest.We did not examine box contents: why would you not get a charger? Tried to call store but have to go through call center. Still waiting half hour so far, just for a plug & because you can't just call the store. Very poor service.
