Ive been at this bank for a few years and the customer service and banking app seem to get worst and worst every year. Ive finally decided to close my account asap. The app is horrible. It works when it wants to. Some days it'll keep loading and loading and never let you sign in and other days it works perfectly fine. I also found that the app doesnt work very well at night either. They sometimes charge twice for overdrafts so you HAVE to keep a close eye or your accounts.Ive had to get multiple refunds back from this. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I've literally gotten into a full argument with an employee who yelled and disrespected for almost 10 minutes while I was WITH MY CHILDREN. This employee Alrene caused a scene at Walmart being completely unprofessional and from what I was told from supervisors it seems at tho little to nothing will be done. Save your money and the stress. DONT USE THIS BANK!

Stopped by Walmart today, may25,2020, memorial day 2020. happen to notice that this lowlife bank was conducting business as usual. hey ASSHOLES at Woodland's Corporate, today is one of the most important days in U.S. history. the day to HONOR those who SERVED and also those who DIED so ASSHOLES like the c.e.o. of this S*** bank can be free ! SHAME on the C.E.O. for having your employees *** DISRESPECT *** us Veterans and those NOT FORTUNATE to be HERE with us on this Memorial Day 2020.

I need to stop a payment and they won't allow it they say it's been posted when it clearly shows it's been processing and the lady that was on the phone hung up on me when i need help. I find it hard to believe there is nothing they can do to help the situation i can't cancel the order with the merch.
