I found Cushions by Wicker Imports’ online site a few years ago, and although I really needed replacement cushions for our indoor wicker sunroom furniture, I was terrified of investing that much money on cushions online! What if I ordered them wrong, made a mistake with the measurements or the cushions were not good quality . . . So for a few years I did nothing. I would come back to the site every now and then. They were a lot less expensive than local shops and seemed to have the most and best options - but I was still afraid to order, so for a few years I did nothing.
This year I decided to go ahead and requested many fabric swatches (which were sent to us at no charge). The website had great instructions that made measuring for replacement cushions easy. And once all was decided, Wendy helped me with my order. Easy! I was still nervous - but all there was left to do was wait until they arrived.
On Saturday, June 15 – just 33 days after placing my order – our cushions arrived extremely well packaged in sturdy boxes and in
perfect condition! I opened the boxes and was blown away by the color and quality of the fabric - absolutely top notch - beautiful, durable and soft! The foam used is dense so when you sit in the furniture you feel supported and comfortable. I am so happy that I got the 4 buttons on the seat backs and the piping on the seat cushions - it just brings our sunroom together at a whole new level! And most importantly – the cushions fit my furniture perfectly - better than the cushions that came with the set originally! I am beyond thrilled.
So thank you to every single person who had a hand in getting these cushions made and sent to us! I can't thank you all enough for your help, for the outstanding quality craftmanship, and quick delivery of these gorgeous cushions! On a scale of 1-5 stars, I would give you 10 stars if I could and we would recommend to all who are looking for quality, beautiful replacement cushions. I wish I had not waited so long to place my order!

I was apprehensive just choosing a company off the Internet to have replacement pillows made. My furniture has a curve to the back, and when I ordered the cushions, I got an email back from the company making sure I measured right. The line I used is very seldom ordered. Wendy was a tremendous help. I called her and she talked me through the measurements and asked if I could make a template. I did so, and the cushions were custom made and arrived within two weeks. They are beautiful and fit perfectly. I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for cushions for wicker furniture. we love them

From beginning to end, working with cushions by wicker imports and Wendy was an absolute delight and pleasure. It took me a while to get my order together and they were incredibly patient with me since I had so many other things going on at the same time, but they never gave up and kept all of my information and did a stellar job on the actual cushions themselves. They fit to absolute perfection. This truly is a top-notch company and I will spread the word.

What beautiful new cushions I have this spring for my porch furniture! Measuring and ordering was made easy by the complete instructions on the website. Wendy was so personable to talk with on the phone. I received my cushions in three weeks very carefully packaged. I wouldn’t hesitate using Cushions by Wicker again and will be recommending them to friends.

Very unprofessional business regarding their employment procedures. Wouldn’t recommend applying here, they will only give you a few hours of work a week. Don’t fall for the promise of it getting better. Dying company.

My experience with Cushions by Wicker Imports was perfect, from my first inquiry to receipt of my order.
My Lloyd Flanders wicker, purchased about 35 years ago, was still in beautiful condition, except for the original cushions, which consist of a three-seat sofa, a rocking chair with ottoman, and a side chair. Wendy and her assistant, Linda, immediately saw that my wicker was not a current Lloyd Flanders style. They carefully researched the history of Lloyd Flanders furniture, identified my discontinued style (Buckingham), worked with me to ensure that the cushions would fit perfectly, provided swatch samples, made helpful suggestions on every detail until the final cushions and accent pillows were made and shipped free of charge to me. The cushions are a perfect fit; the fabric is beautiful, and the craftsmanship is excellent. All this was accomplished in a very pleasant, stress-free, professional way in less than 6 weeks. I couldn’t be more pleased!

I just received my new replacement cushions from Wicker Imports for my old Lloyd and Flanders wicker sofa, loveseat and chair and couldn't be happier! The cushions are just what I wanted and fit my furniture perfectly. The expert sewing and material and fast delivery (only 2 weeks) were very impressive. Ordered replacement cushions for our wicker love seat which put the other original cushions to shame so ordered new cushions all round. We were extremely pleased with the quality and workmanship of their product. Great value for the money. The second photo shows the drab old cushions compared to the new ones.

We are thrilled with the service and quality of work from this company! Wendy was very helpful with allowing us to provide our own fabric for new cushions for our Lloyd Flanders set, and made sure that we ordered cushions that would fit despite some changes to Lloyd Flanders' cushion specifications since our set was purchased. When we ordered cushions for a separate chair in a different fabric, she took the time to call me to explain options so that the cushion could be reversible despite the fabric's pattern. Wendy and her company offer great personalized customer service and our cushions are terrific. Highly recommended!

My husband and myself are so happy with our recently received cushions for our Braxton Culler loveseat. They were delivered on time, in the best condition, and fabric looks beautiful!
