Arrived 620am. Was told as soon as someone was available they would get to me. Started unloading 9am. Was only truck on the lot at a door. Very very slow.

Absolutely horrible place. Arrived at 1030 for 1100 appointment, two trucks in the two doors they unload from 23 and 24. Four hours later one is empty and I get a door. Three hours later I'm empty. It took thirty minutes to get them to take the line lock off my trailer. That's right folks 7.5 hours to take 8 rolls off my truck. They blame being short handed but spend most of their time loading/unloading dropped trailers that just end up sitting on the yard instead of unloading the actual live humans sitting on their yard. That's about as disrespectful as it gets, bad even for Westrock.

docking at dock 23 & 24 can be a issue in bad weather conditions, but overall shipping & Rec seemed to be good people.

Checked in at 6:55 a.m. was in the door at 7:02 a.m. and was rolling down the highway at 7:30. Unloaded three big paper rolls. Paper rolls go through employee parking to dock 7. Slide tandems back and drop landing gear. Don't unhook.

Brought in 7 rolls. Spent 5.5 hours waiting to get in the dock and then 1.5 hrs in the dock. Stay away if you can. Westrock never fails to disappoint

If you get here early park on the road by the entrance (not in their lot) there is going to be a line of trucks waiting to get in. FCFS. Check in by first dock you see as you pull in.
