Poorly made, damaged furniture at retail prices. Seems like they raise prices at the outlet, I saw no deals. $1,300 for a TV stand with a 3-inch scratch that tore off the veneer. Crazy stuff!

My first time there. I saw an ottoman that I love and may get it. It's an outlet and my son and I thought they were still pricey. They do have very nice furniture and we fell in love with a bathroom double sink. Must visit.

I asked one of the guys if I can see the rugs, because they have a rop, nothing big thy were just moving a sofa. The guy said "NO" is this terrible tone of voice. I said please I wrote 1.40 min from Philly... he said NO our insurance company do not care..
So you better call and ask if this guys are working g because they do not need sales.
They really could just stop for one second. Terrible. Horrible. This is the reason because retail is going to disappear.

I love West Elm. Some sales staff are more friendly at others (while other locations are not so friendly or helpful).

They have some really cute items here but their prices didn't qualify as outlet pricing to me. There were visibly damaged pieces that were ridiculously over priced! We all walked out empty handed. When we shopped here about 5+ years ago we found some great deals. Too bad.

They must have the same training as the Pottery Barn Outlet downstairs. Rude staff! The item I wanted wasn't priced, and I asked for a ticket. Waited at least 10 minutes and watched the associate go in the back and help other customers that came in after me. Don't waste your time on this location.

In a nutshell, it comes down to customer service. All of the employees have a desire to see you achieve your goals for creating a wonderful home. I’ve shopped here for various projects over the years and find it easy to not only pull things together, but also help coordinate delivery. It’s a drive to get out there, but well worth it.

We used to drive the two hours here often for the selection and great prices! We went there recently and wow, it’s barely an outlet anymore! It’s hit or miss. It’s with a drive if you love West Elm, especially bedding.

Giving this a 2 star review b/c I have had mixed experiences here. I have purchased multiple rugs here, probably 4-6 plus 3 rug pads. We go through quite a lot of rugs with 2 toddlers and a dog. The first experiences were great and the store manager even helped when I got home and there were issues with one rug. She was super kind and helpful. I came back this past weekend, however, and the "general manager" was there. He basically did not want to sell me ANY rug in the store. There was every excuse given. The rug I really wanted we noticed had a tiny hole in it as I was inspecting it to take over to pay. He said, "sorry I cannot sell this to you, store policy". Like what? I couldn't purchase any rug b/c there was an issue with every one. It was ridiculous!! I explained I had purchased a rug in this very store before with a slight hole in it, he asked me who sold it to me, etc. Then, as we were walking away we could hear him calling someone yelling at them for selling a rug to me with a slight hole. I am not sure why this person is the general manager with such a negative demeanor and not being personable at all. I feel bad for the kind employees who work for him. I will not return here for any purchases after this experience.

We stopped in to get a good amount of furniture for our new home. Everyone was so friendly and the prices were great compared to retail + no waiting months for it to arrive! The stocking staff loaded our uHaul in 95 degree weather with no complaints. Such a great experience! We wish it was closer :)

Would give 0 stars if possible. West elm has completely botched 90% of my furniture item deliveries. Customer service is absolutely dreadful. If you care about getting the correct furniture you ordered in a timely manner you should order literally anywhere else.
