Been with wells for 10+ years. This is the worst branch to deal with 100% avoid. They don’t help you, they put up every barrier they can to tell you they can’t do something as simple as depositing a check. Multiply issues with this bank over the years.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH BRANCH MANAGER KELLY! i went in for what i felt was a simple straight forward customer assistance question. I needed a banker to either call or receive a call from another domestic bank confirming the wire information is correct before they send the funds. At first she seemed confused by the question. Then proceeded to let me know a banker will need to help me "in a few minutes". I wait 20 minutes while watching the banker with what ended up being tied up with a Wells Fargo corporate team mate doing what sounded like a training experience. I let Kelly know how absolutely horrible i felt this customer experience was. She said "that is her only banker". Heaven forbid Kelly took 5 minutes to help a Wells fargo customer receive a VERY LARGE Domestic wire transfer. Or even better simply interrupt the minor training and explain we have a customer here to assist. Then go back to your training. The other bank was looking out for their client... why didnt mine? I had to drive to another branch and get help there. This took 1.5 hours out of my day for something that should've been extremely quick and simple as the other manager displayed once he made the call. Its obvious i need to consider another bank "THATS LISTENING". I've only banked with WELLS FARGO and their predecessors for over 25 years.

By far the best bank in the area. Service is excellent and the ladies at the drive thru are so nice, esp with my kids.

I keep getting notifications in the mail regarding fraud issues, that now twice in a few months time my account was in jeopardy.Came into this branch hoping to get answers from a teller or the branch manager. Of course waisted extremely too much of my time only to be told to call onto customer service

I went into the bank today. There was one young lady customer. She had issues. That was fine. But no one that worked there ever said I'll be right with you sorry for the wait. The customer actually did. Yes I'm a black woman. As soon as a white couple walked in someone said oh we'll be right with you. I thought all of our money was green. You should teach better customer service. Be respectful of all customers.

Worst experience ever. Came in BEFORE close at 4:53pm to get notary services and was told to return tomorrow. Asked how long it takes to perform notary service and the response was less than five minutes. I advised I'd be back at 4:50pm next day (not really). Idiots.

Unfortunately, after years of working with Wells Fargo (3 mortgages), my general banking experience with this location has proven to be very disappointing. The staff was very rude, unknowledgeable, unhelpful and the Manager, Heather, felt it was not necessary to return my phone call. It was obvious to me that they could care less where I do my banking. I am totally amazed how little they care about customer service. I would NOT recommend this location or staff to anyone. Very Disappointing!

I often stop here on my way to and from running errands around Fruitville Pike. It can be difficult to get into the little strip mall where it's located, and parking out front is limited and shared with a bunch of other businesses. I've never gone inside, but the tellers at the drive-thru have always been pleasant and nice. Mostly, I use the ATM. This is a *really* tight spot, and there isn't much space around the back of the bank, so if more than three cars are waiting and you want to talk with a teller, you'll likely have to wait until the ATM line dies down a bit. Be slow going around the corner, just in case.
