Such a very warm and friendly folks down there. Tony was helpful and informative for what we came in for that day. He was also good in upselling services by the bank that normal people does not have a clue about. Our time there was worth for our drive.All the tellers are cheery too.Plenty of parking space as well.

I am a business owner, and move a descent amount of money through Wells Fargo. I have two engineers who came from abroad to work on a project here in Lancaster. They needed to open a bank account and the banker was rude, and started complaining about having to open two accounts in just 60 minutes. He made a big deal because the guys did not have a proof of address, and refused to help us. I went to Santander bank across the street and what a difference! No appointment needed, opened the bank accounts and treated us with respect. I think about moving business bank account with either Santander or Bank of America. The asian dude was very rude.

Worst bank Branch I have ever been to in my life. The service is terrible and the employees are no help what so ever.

Everyone is friendly, and knows what to do. If you need personal service the bankers are very courteous and knowledgeable. I have been banking here for decades.

I want to thank Colin Copeland for helping my daughter last year plan out how she could pay off her student loans. As of this morning she is all paid up and debt free. Very nice location. When I walked in I was greeted by the manager who was professional and had the attitude where the customer comes first. The teller and banker I met with were also very polite. They make you feel like your an individual and not just a number. This location as well as the Broad St Lititz locations are my favorite so far.
