Wellsfargo Has been my worst banking experence ever! There's 7 teller windows and 7 bankers desk in this branch but the 3 times I have gone in there is a max of 3 people in there. They put a hold on a deposit for 10 days and they claim there's nothing they can do about it. It's totally crazy!

My card was compromised recently for a total of 2.40$. This kind of thing happens, and in the past wells Fargo has printed temporary cards to assist customers until a replacement arrives in the mail. I came into my local branch for help only to find they don't offer that service anymore, and if I'd like to access the funds in my account I would need to download either Google pay or Apple pay. I was given no option to withdraw cash from my account, I was advised that I NEEDED to have set up one of these services. Those services are not universally accepted as payment in america. I'm looking for a new bank as I write this.

This is absolutely the worst bank you'll ever go to. Everyone is less than helpful, if you deposit anything over $20 they need a manager to approve it. It took 35 minutes to try and deposit a check. The customer service is pathetic too

I just met with Yenifer at this branch, to discuss a new investment / savings account. She was thorough, helpful, an excellent listener, addressed my concerns and offered an even better option through a dedicated WF Broker, if I was interested. Though we haven't made a decision on which investment we'll opt for, I left there informed and confident. Yenifer is an excellent WF banker. 5 stars!

There was only one bank clerk at the window, and there was a long queue behind, why not just one more person? There was a bank clerk walking around, and some people couldn't wait any longer. Several people left one after another, and some people came to the bank. The waiting time was too long.

I had a business account wirh Wellsfargo many years ago and had a wonderful experience. I recently decided to use them for my new business. This specific branch has wonderful people. They absolutely go above and beyond for their account holders. Kristi is who we have dwelt with and she is just amazing. The branch manager is wonderful also. They just are very kind.

A fine Lady today helped me set up my card on Google Pay. She even downloaded the app to my phone. She was super nice, very polite and really helpful.

If you're headed inside to tend to business, there is ample parking. But if you're here to use the drive-thru ATM or teller window, you'll have to drive all the way around the building and contend with cars pulling in and out of those ample spaces -- as well as delivery drivers in a rush to pick up and deliver pizzas. It's a nightmare of a setup, really. But as far as Wells Fargo locations go, I find this one infinitely more convenient to em get in and out of than the Fruitville or downtown locations.

The tellers are very nice when entering the bank and taking care of you but I always haft to wait a long time in the line to get taken care of. theres so many employees around and some are just greeting guests. There's not enough behind the counter for when there's is those long lines !!!!

Always get wonderful service and no issues. The tellers are wonderful and been with this bank for over 20 years back and forth. Will never go to another bank

Waiting is long, one or two windows can be open, but managers are strolling and entertaining customers with empty conversation instead of taking another serving window! Extremely frustrating!!!
