This place is great. My husband is Cuban and does not speak English. This is never a problem at this branch. They always meet his needs and answer all his questions (and believe me there are many). They have shown him how to earn and maintain credit in this country and have even assisted me in the restoration of mine. I can't say enough good things about this branch. I appreciate you all very much.

I really don’t recommend coming to this branch. I don’t know why but I can never just withdrawal money without waiting 30 minutes- 60 minutes. I live down the street and I rather drive to another branch for a faster service. This is the worst wait I have ever seen. We can’t even go into the location due to covid. We have to just wait outside and it’s horrendous. I just want to withdrawal money...

Manager telling her worker that we needed to be 6 feet apart. I was 6 feet apart from the man with my mask on until her worker asked me what I needed so I stepped 2feet forward and this asinine unprofessional disrespectful manager was getting rude to her employee. I spoke up and told her we were 6 feet apart until she asked me what was needed. . She got unprofessional with me so I told her about herself. Lol she turned me away neddless to say I got my bankning done regardless. D*** pos
