She goes to him consistently for any work she needs done on her existing jewelry.Mark and I later met as I was selling some gold pieces. He was detailed, transparent and awesome to deal with in those transactions. A few months later, I went to Mark to discuss getting an engagement ring. He was fabulous. I have never had a jeweler take as much time to educate me on diamonds and really care about my requirements for the stone. Mark worked hard to find me the perfect stone (a 3.5 carat diamond) and find it he did. He found the stone and put together an incredible, one-of-a-kind ring for me which I gave to my fiancé on December 9th of this year.
