The worst pharmacy!!!!! I need my refills and the pharmacy is temporarily closed! What!?!? I need my medicine!!!!!!!! This is so frustrating!!!

I scheduled an appointment at 8:30a for a COVID/FLU test at 11:15am. Drove there just to be told that they accepted the appointment but there wasn't anyone qualified to administer the test. The person who was supposedly in charge said she'd "mess it up if I tried." They did offer me an appointment for 2:45p but as you can imagine, I'm sick and don't feel like running back and forth for an appointment they originally accepted and said they could do. If the person isn't fully qualified, maybe you shouldn't leave them alone let alone hire them.

The pharmacy is always shorthanded. Not that I mind a wait. A wait is worth it when it comes to prescriptions that I put into my body. It's that the people that work there are always rushed, leaving me to fear that they are filling prescriptions accurately. My last script was filled for the wrong dose. I'm switching pharmacies. If you decide to stick with it, be sure to check your bottle before taking it. Scary stuff.

12/12/23 3:12pm. I just spoke to a man to refill my husband's 2 prescriptions. He was rude and cut the call off. No customer service at all.

Pharmacy is horrible, I’ve called on numerous occasions to that the wait time is over 20 minutes or more, every time I think I’m getting transferred they go back and redirect the call to hold. If it wasn’t for my job only using Walgreen pharmacy and this is the only close one in my area I would have transferred by now.

They never have prescriptions ready when they say, they refill the wrong ones, and they give wrong meds out which could kill someone!!!!!!!!!

If I could give it less I would. Not helpful, in fact just flat out lazy. The only Walgreens in the area and I needed some meds refilled. Not here not ever.

This has been our pharmacy since moving to the area 5 years ago. We have NEVER had a problem with the staff or service. In fact, the pharmacy staff goes out of their way to be helpful and professional. Of course it gets busy and crazy especially with the pandemic but they are ALWAYS doing their best to provide the best possible customer service. We will continue to use this Walgreens as our pharmacy. We appreciate the hard work that all the staff puts in.

Don’t ever do curbside pickup at this location I have a infant and didn’t want to go into the storeI waited 30 minutes and no one came out.

I am shocked by the unprofessionalism at this pharmacy. The pharmacy manager Natasha is extremely rude. After my experience there today I checked the reviews and this isn't the first time someone reported her for being unprofessional. I am extremely surprised she is still employed there. I would recommend you take any of your pharmacy needs somewhere other than this location.

The Walgreen store/pharmacy is great! My prescriptions are filled efficiently and professionally.The store is very clean and organized. Pharmacy/Store staff are friendly.

PLEASE BE AWARE IF YOU NEED A COVID TEST FOR TRAVELING!! We had to schedule a covid test to go on our honeymoon to Hawaii. Hawaii is extremely strict with their requirements and you can only get a covid test from one of their approved sites, plus you need to have your results back within 72 hours of your flight. This Walgreens was our only option in lancaster (unless we wanted to pay $130 each somewhere else) We we're leaving for Hawaii Sunday night so scheduled our 24 hour rapid test for Saturday at noon to be within the 72 hour window. On the site it tells you, you have to go through the drive thru to do the covid test. We arrived at the drive thru at 11:57 and we're the 4th car in line. We did not get to the window until 12:30. We told the lady we had a covid test appointment for noon and she told us we were late and had to reschedule. At first we thought she was joking, making light of the long wait but she was absolutely serious. We tried to tell her we had been in line since 11:57 and she proceeded to argue with us that there was no way we were here on time. We asked to speak to a manger and she said she was the manager. We then asked when we could reschedule today and she said they were all booked. At this point we were freaking out because we had to leave the next day. We asked if they could bring up camera footage to prove we were here on time and she said there were no cameras...We continued to BEG her to give us a covid test. She eventually rolled her eyes and walked away for a second and then came back and told us the testing team was willing to give us a test but if we are late like this again, it would not happen. At that point we just shut up because we could not jeopardize getting our covid test. However, the customer service we received was absolutely unacceptable. We understand pharmacies are overworked and understaffed right now but to be blatantly called a liar and question our integrity is not okay. Secondly, Walgreens needs to figure out a better system for people to get tested when our society is so dependent on negative test results right now. Whether there is a "check in" button to say you're here on time and waiting in line or have someone walk in and check in-something needs to be done so someone's trip isn't ruined by a poor testing process. We refuse to give Walgreens any of our business from now on because of the service we received from this manager. For anyone else having to get tested PLEASE take a screenshot of yourself in line at your correct time so this doesn't happen to you.

I just called this Walgreens and spoke to a very fast talking and rude Vanessa. I asked a couple of questions and it was clear that Vanessa is not there to help anyone. I was made to feel that I was an inconvenience. After reading that other shoppers had the same experience I will not be going to shop at this Walgreens. Way to go Vanessa! I look forward to your manager reading this!

Staff are very rude. When you call and ask for a specific item, they scoff and have lots of attitude over the phone. Wish they had better staff.
