I scheduled an appointment at 8:30a for a COVID/FLU test at 11:15am. Drove there just to be told that they accepted the appointment but there wasn't anyone qualified to administer the test. The person who was supposedly in charge said she'd "mess it up if I tried." They did offer me an appointment for 2:45p but as you can imagine, I'm sick and don't feel like running back and forth for an appointment they originally accepted and said they could do. If the person isn't fully qualified, maybe you shouldn't leave them alone let alone hire them.

The pharmacy is always shorthanded. Not that I mind a wait. A wait is worth it when it comes to prescriptions that I put into my body. It's that the people that work there are always rushed, leaving me to fear that they are filling prescriptions accurately. My last script was filled for the wrong dose. I'm switching pharmacies. If you decide to stick with it, be sure to check your bottle before taking it. Scary stuff.

Walgreens is the worst pharmacy in the USA they call you to say your prescription are ready then you drive to the store to find out they are not ready and their prices are Insane compared to cvs or Walmart.

Pharmacy is garbage. They never answer their phones, all you get to hear is the dumb call hold tone then eventually it/they hang up on you. Best bet is to go to CVS. BTW its first thing in the morning.

Went to pick up a prescription yesterday evening which my doctor’s office sent over in the morning (for an autoimmune disorder). I also brought a paper prescription with me (antibiotics, as I’ve been sick for weeks). I was informed that they couldn’t fill my new prescription because there were too many people waiting and that it would be filled today. They also claimed that they didn’t get the other prescription (which is for medication that I’m now out of). I asked my doctor to send the prescription over again today and they assured me that they did. The doctor’s office tried to call the pharmacy today with no luck in getting an answer. I tried to call and had the same issue. Walgreen’s is the only pharmacy that my insurance will allow me to use, and it’s not at all near my house. I wasted the trip yesterday for nothing, and I never got notification today that either of my prescriptions were filled. Very frustrating.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I've currently been on hold for 54 minutes with their pharmacy. I'm calling from a PROVIDER'S OFFICE, and this is how they treat their clientele?! This is ABSURD.ETA: after an hour, THEY HUNG UP ON ME.

The store manager Name Andrew is very arrogant, he does not have any good customer service at all, he even made me believe that he is a racist, which is a shame that the store has good employees with better quality serving customers while he does not have a good attitude as manager

If I could rate 0 stars I would. Today is Thursday, my doctor sent over a prescription Monday. I still haven’t gotten it. Several days ago I was told to check back tomorrow and they would have it.I’ve spent the last 30 minutes of my life that I will never get back trying to get in touch with ANYBODY on the phone to check on my medication status before driving out there just to be told it’s not ready again. In that 30 minutes have I spoken with anyone? Nope. Every single time I have called they hang up on me without so much as saying a word. EVERY. TIME. The automated information system keeps telling me my prescription will be ready in an hour, which is clearly a lie since it’s now been nearly a week. So, now I’m on my way to drive there just to tell them to transfer the prescription somewhere else, because at this point, driving all the way there will be quicker than trying to get anyone at this god forsaken “pharmacy” to answer the phone.Seriously, go somewhere else. Do not touch this place with a 10 foot pole.

They don't answer the phone and when they do they have bad attitudes! Are short and rude. And they are constantly out of stock for very common things. Every time I pick up from the window they are super unfriendly. Unlike the lovely women at CVS. Moving my prescriptions to CVS.

I am not sure what her name was but around 7:30pm today I needed to send money to my sister and it got complicated and she helped me figure it out perfectly. Usually situations like that would be stressful but throughout the chaos she was calm and very friendly. I don't usually write reviews but she was very good at her job.

Today is Wednesday. I have visited this pharmacy every day since Saturday trying to pick up my medication. They took so long that I had to get the prescription resubmitted through my doctor's office because it's a controlled substance. When they told me another of my medications wasn't in (despite being told every day since Saturday it would be in "tomorrow after 2") I pushed back with that response and magically the medicine appeared to be filled. never again.

I think this team went beyond what is expected of them in the pharmacy. They were busy, but professional and so kind. I made a mistake in making an appointment for flu shots with the wrong date for 1 of 2 children. They could have said no to the one child. They could have easily said no because they were busy and needed to close. They could have the said no to both, because of extreme squeamishness (a great understatement) the children have about getting shots to the point they cried aloud or ran away (around the store). Instead of shaming, the children were showered with great encouragement from all the customers that reassured and rallied around them. The pharmacist herself, Sarah I believe, was FULL of grace. The children actually said they were glad that they got their flu shots after it was all over.

Unable to refill prescription, unable to contact anyone from pharmacy to find the status of the order. Prescription insurance can not contact them. These guys are far worse than any CVS stores I've ever encountered. I had to switch to a mail order to get my prescriptions filled.

If I could give it less I would. Not helpful, in fact just flat out lazy. The only Walgreens in the area and I needed some meds refilled. Not here not ever.
