My father purchased all of my mother's jewelry from Vince and ALWAYS had phenomenal service. When I moved back, I kept the tradition including buying my wedding bands from there. I have had watches repaired, jewelry reset and many gifts purchased there. They even helped me replace one of my wedding bands 5 days before we moved out of state! The customer service is top tier! Thank You for many years of quality jewelry and service!

I stopped in about a month ago to get some links removed from a watch I received as a graduation gift. While I was there I asked if they had engagement ring boxes as I was planning on proposing to my (now) fiancé in the coming weeks. I was helped by one employee (I apologize I forget his name) who helped with the watch, and another (who I also forget her name) for the engagement ring box. They were both amazing. The gentleman did a great job with my watch. And the lady showed me the engagement ring boxes and put different sizes/colors of rings inside so I could get a feel of what I liked more. When the watch was done, and I chose the ring box, I went to pay and was stopped. They gave me the ring box for free and didn’t charge me for the watch, they just said “congrats on the graduation and the engagement”. Not going to lie, it made my entire day. Thank you both for your kindness! We’ll be stopping in soon to make some adjustments to her ring, and when the time comes we’ll be back for wedding bands! I couldn’t recommend them enough.

We took some estate jewelry in to have it evaluated. Joel was very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. He even offered to clean my wife's rings and another piece of jewelry we were planning on keeping without us asking. Very nice experience!

Recently moved to Lancaster area; Vincent's recommended for jewelry repair. A family run store that offers trustworthy service whether a repair, purchase, or appraisal. Every interaction with Joel and company has been very positive. They are professional, courteous and fair in pricing, doing great work! My platinum wedding bands were cleaned and checked (free service!), and found to need work. Kathy restored them to beautiful condition! The pricing was fair, and I recommend; Joel was a great help!
