when i walked into the store there were several people working with the sales guys. i was greeted n told them no hurry. sean recognized me from numerous trips in asking for help(which he ever so carefully explained n took his time showing me what to do. He asked how he could be of assistance & he said Jaime would be able to answer my questions. i explained to Jaime what i wanted to do. He delved into my contract told me what he could do n we proceeded. once again, I left as a happy customer. the friendliness n knowledgeable crew that works this branch office is one of the reasons i am still a verizon customer

Came here to make some changes to my plan and to get a new phone. Had to bring my 4 kids (all under 7) and fiance with me because i was getting added to her plan...no big deal since we knew we didn't have a choice.
We got there right when they opened and were immediately told by the guy working there that we had to go to the corporate store 15 minutes down the road to make the changes we needed to make.
Still no big deal...it was what it was. So we drove there only for them to tell us that we actually needed to call customer service to do what we needed to do. Which meant we went there for nothing. All because the guy at this store told us we had to.
I mentioned my kids and my fiance to emphasize how the wasted time was a big deal for all of us. I should add that it was Father's Day.
I don't hold a grudge but I do rate fairly! This might not be the best location to go to if you want an employee that knows what they're talking about.

Dominic is amazing!!! He gave the best service I've had at a Verizon in a looong time (and that's saying something because last time I had the Regional Manager assisting me)! He helped my dad upgrade his phone and explained everything in detail without being overwhelming with information. My dad is not fully fluent in technology and Dominic was patient and worked through every issue that arose. We were the only customers in the store, so he was able to give us his full attention. I just can't say enough positive things about him! He was great.
I highly recommend coming in to see Dominic!
