I visited the store today to replace my SIM card, which had failed. The guy who helped me was kind and efficient throughout the entire visit. I wish I had gotten his name! He was very helpful and replaced my SIM card without any further issues.

Zero stars after my most recent visit. Let me set the stage to explain the situation. A month ago I received notification of suspicious activity on my account. I went to your store to get to the bottom of it. Katelyn was extremely helpful (5 stars for her, but the rest of the staff, not so much) There was in fact fraudulent activity/charges on my account. Katelyn spent some time talking to fraud department, customer service etc, but eventually we got it all figured out, fraudulent purchase stopped & so on. I left that day feeling satisfied that the issue had been resolved. A month later I get a billing statement that is $80 more than usual, so back to the store again I go. Unfortunately Katelyn wasn't working that day & the person who did "help" me was no help at all. Uninterested in my story/situation, told me I could go on My Verizon app & figure out myself & so on. When I pushed the issue & said that wasn't a satisfactory answer, he begrudgingly looked up my account, only to tell me it was just a plan change. Ok, well it's all pat of the fraud then, because I Never authorized a change. He then basically called me a liar, saying there is no way my monthly bill is what I'm claiming. I left the store extremely angry, called the 1-800- customer service number & was able to accomplish what I was told by store employees was flat out impossible. My guess is that these store employees paychecks are commission based, so if you're there to spend money/make a purchase, they're tripping over each other to be the one to help you, but if you need help in some other fashion, good luck.

I was there to get assistance with my Verizon Gateway router that repeatedly lost connection. The young female employee bluntly and with total indifference told me there was nothing that could be done and no method of troubleshooting. No replacement of the Gateway possible. Not once did she offer an apology for the issue or express any concern whatsoever. This didn't make any sense to me. I went to another Verizon store and that pleasant, helpful man told me how to contact customer support. He apologized that he couldn't assist me directly, but showed interest, even though I wasn't buying anything from him. What a world of difference. I highly recommend you skip Fruitville pike location and head to the store on Lincoln Highway East.

Joey was incredibly helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. He helped me figure out a wifi solution that had been stressing me out calmly and quickly with a great sense of humor and fantastic answers to all of my ridiculous questions and additions. Highly highly recommend this store and thank you Joey!

Don’t ever go to this Verizon. I tried to port out and all they did was lock my phone number so i couldn’t and then tried to act as if they didn’t and refused to help me to “unlock it”. Then i had to change my number which i had for 10 yrs just because this selfish money hungry people didn’t “feel” like it.

Couldn't recover the messages from the phone box when the pin was forgotten. Then the number they have we couldn't call because I didn't have Verizon phone service on it. Disappointing.

Called in to see if they had a case for my phone was told they did. Confirmed address of store that had it. Get there and they don't have any. Waste of time. Good thing I was just looking for a case since best buy was closed, glad I'm not a customer of theirs since they clearly don't have their buisness in order.

Abysmal service. Wasn't interested in assisting upgrading a phone without appointment. No acknowledgement when we walked it and generally the worst Verizon experience I've had. It's disappointing to be treated that way when I've spent thousands a year with them for so long.

After having an issue due to a returned payment 4 and a half months ago, I decided I'd just buy the phone in full. Instead of the employee using his tablet and helping me buy the phone right at that moment. He says it'll be easier if I do it on my Verizon account. Then we go through everything and he says it'll take about 30 minutes to be able to pick it up. Like what the heck. You could do it on your tablet and go get it for me. Lazy employee. We will be switching from Verizon.

I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. The service team has been nothing but rude and unprofessional. The amount of lies they say is uncanny. If you're planning to upgrade your phone or device, please go somewhere else!!
