Women behind the window was extremely rude and was forcing me to purchase a roll of tape for my box. She spoke to me with such an attitude and is SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I live .5 miles away and will never return!!!!

Parking on the side is the lonly parking and is rather limited. Also when you first pull it looks like the main parking is in back. It's for another business and you will have to walk back around. A really horrible set up. But I rates it a 5 because the mailperson was kind and efficient.

Handicap accessible. Very unique driving layout. Parking is opposite the entrance but there's a drive up option.

The lady who helped me and spoke spanish was cool. The older staff there... seriously need some retraining in customer service. Rude!

I have had 7 packages that the post office states were delivered in my locked mailbox and they are nowhere to be found. They don't care and don't investigate the missing items. The packages that go missing are always from the same company and only that company. Unprofessional, and rude when you have an issue. Wouldn't be surprised if they are just keeping my packages for themselves.
