This isn't a real post office. I said I wanted to buy first-class stamps, and she said she didn't know what I meant. One ounce, I said. She flipped through a book and found some with a flag. You mean like these, she said? I ended up not getting any.

I was waiting 10 minutes at Weis post office service desk to get a flat rates box and no one was there then I went to Weis customer service desk to ask them to get a flat rates box and they told me they don't know anything about the flat rates box and they told me I have to wait to the person working at post office coming back

In a Weis supermarket. No one at the register, so was told to go to services, and then waited while 3 employees walked around me, but helped only one person. Left after waiting 10 minutes. Highly suggest you go to Lititz post office instead.

Service has deteriorated over the last 2 years. Understaffed, long wait times, and employees provide poor customer service - they move slowly and are not happy.

It’s located inside the Weis at the customer service desk. There is a blue mail drop box outside the front of the store if you just are dropping a letter.

No one at the counter. Waited and waited and waited for employee to come out from the back. She called out several times that she would be right out, but I stood there for 10 minutes and finally gave up and left. There were no other customers there, and I could not hear her doing anything in the back such as stacking boxes or whatever. Don't know if she was just on the phone with a friend or snacking, or what. Abysmal customer service.

This is not really a post office, rather a USPS drop off location. I dropped off mail here and took days to leave the store. I sent it Priority mail ans it took eight days to get to its destination. Never again.
