Today was my first ever getting a passport done I was extremely nervous but the employee at the passport window bharat made my experience comfortable he was very nice explained the whole process to me took my picture and told me it would take 4-6 weeks to receive in the mail the process was quick and easy I was impressed.

I had my fingerprints taken for an FBI clearance. I received the preliminary email, unofficial results, but I need the mailed official results for employment. Nine weeks later, nothing! We mailed a check at the PO for a birthday gift three months ago - never arrived!

I'm GONNA STAY ON YOU USPS EMPLOYEES LIKE WHITE ON RICE until you deliver my customers package. Due to your Harrisburg PA distribution facility deciding to play PING PONG with the mans package instead of simply delivering it to him yesterday since he only lives 2 miles from the facility and then subsequently THE REST OF YOU MORONS falling into suit with the all too obvious mental retardation it's been sitting in your facility supposedly since 10:17 am. So I've reported all of the USPS facilities who've been in possession of this package blatantly not delivering it today like it's supposed to be and yes this is the 3rd review on this package and I've shared the screenshots with each one including the report to consumer affairs.

They lost my package, they left it at another address and I still haven't been able to get the package or my money back. The same thing happens with a lot of my mail and the neighbor brings it to my house.

Every employee here are great and even though I have 3 USPS offices closer I choose to go there because of the quality customer service. This is the most professional and friendly USPS I have ever been to in America and cannot recommend it enough. I feel like anyone that gave this place a bad review has their own motives to make people not go there so they don't have to wait in line!
