Had an issue with a refund going missing. The manager Emily went above and beyond to rectify this situation for us! The corporate number was no help. She was amazing!

Love urban!!! Not surprisingly, the selection is a bit small due to the store size. The decor is lovely and the employees are very friendly. It’s easy to look through racks because they have it so organized. I think this store will do well, as it’s the only one in the area. Hopefully customer service will uphold the standards and quality of shopping and UO. Overall a nice store addition for the Park City Mall! It has very similar organization to UO outlets in big shopping malls.
