The old Manager I think his name is Jim, here is VERY disrespectful and obviously miserable. Asking him a question is like pulling teeth. He is VERY unhelpful where as you see the other employees cringe the way they see him deal with customers. You can look in their face and tell this is a normal way of acting to the public and depressing and uncomfortable to go to this location. The last two young employees I've noticed is no longer there which carries the same demeanor which tells it all. It starts from the head. He is combative and talks down to you when asking a question and his answers are one word answers that provides NO further assistance when needed! GET GRANDPA OUT OF THERE!!! We shouldn't have to dreed going to to UPS!!!!!!! as an highly unpleasant experience!! Thank you to the new young Spanish you man that was more than professional and took time to explain in detail to me. I appreciate professionalism. It goes a LONG WAY!! To allow this to continue is an embarrassment for nationalized consumer commercialized business Impression.

Extremely rude employee at this location. Argumentative about Amazon returns the moment the word Amazon came out of my mouth. He went into the interaction assuming I didn't follow the return instructions provided by Amazon instead of waiting to see what I had to return and what kind of code I had. I will be actively avoiding this man in the future.
