Natasha and the Lancaster Ulta for the win! I was in York for a wedding this weekend and had an appointment with the York Ulta. It got cancelled last minute and I called the Lancaster store and Natasha picked up the phone. She immediately assured me that they had tons of times available to do my hair & accent braid as I had wanted. When I arrived at the salon I was greeted immediately and met Natasha. She did a great job listening and braiding and curling my hair exactly how I wanted! The 'do lasted all night and I'm still rocking it today (just a little less curly) Thank you Natasha and the Lancaster Ulta for saving the day and making me look so nice for my event!

I was in Lancaster for a wedding and needed a formal updo. I scheduled an appointment on-line with Rosa at the salon and I’m soooo happy I did! By far the best formal up do I have ever had!! I will be driving 3 hours just to have her do a keratin treatment, so if that doesn’t tell you how amazing she is, I’m not sure what will.

Posting my experience with the Salon only. I don't shop at Ulta too often but I do use their salon services. Anya is a fantastic hair stylist. She is very thorough in trying to understand exactly what it is that you want. I have had color corrections, all over blonde, highlights, haircutting services, olaplex treatments(my favorite) and more, all from Anya. I have never left unsatisfied with my results. Would definitely recommend stopping in and making an appointment with Anya.

I got my hair done by the stylest Natasha and she did so good on my blowout she made me feel very comfortable and had good energy I would highly recommend her her skills was phenomenal

Lanna helped me find the right foundation shade she was amazing. I’ve been looking everywhere for a foundation that matched my skin tone and she gave me some great options and made me feel welcome and comfortable the whole time. Thanks Lanna, I usually felt out of place shopping there but thanks to her I’ll be back!

Let me start by saying I love this place I shop here very frequently and spend hundreds of dollars. But one thing i will say on Thursday night I went in to do a little shopping and your staff was to busy fooling around and talking about others very rude the one girl looked at me and side eye me and proceeded to talk down about another employee its been a few times where I've gone there and staff have attitudes in aisles someone needs to keep an eye out for this its not very customer service and very un professional for the buisness.

The team at ULTA Lancaster never ceases to amaze me with their talent and professionalism. I am always greeted with a smile and offered a water bottle. My stylist, Madisyn, goes above and beyond to make sure my hair looks fabulous. I look forward for my next appointment at ULTA!!

This Ulta is a go to place for my wife. We had a great experience today. Terry the sales consultant did an absolute phenomenal job today on explaining products. This type of care and customer service is lacking at other places. Not at this Ulta store with Terry. Thank you Terry!

I usually have a really good experience, but I left really sad this time around. It’s probably my own fault for not speaking out, but I definitely didn’t feel comfortable. I wanted my hair shorter than what she actually cut off. Normally, I get asked if I wanted to make changes before blow drying, but I guess she had it in her head that she knew what I wanted? I don’t know. I wouldn’t ask someone to cut another inch after they blow dried me. I didn’t want to be rude, so I left without saying anything. I’m really not happy. I feel like I wasted my money. Especially not I have to go somewhere else to get what I wanted. I would suggest making sure to bring photos as a reference. Especially if you want something that’s more unique.
