Not impressed. Could write “DUST” on the glass shelves. Two employees standing behind counter, did not see them greet or help one person while there, except to ring out people who found their own items. Sadly not their fault this would be a management issue and should be addressed.

This UGG outlet is located inside the Tanger outlet center. The shop is huge for a premier shoe outlet center. The items are priced high even for an outlet mall. But the store is maintained very well and stocked well.

Awful customer service! You walk in and see the employees dancing, then when I asked for help they looked annoyed because we interrupted them. I'll never go back to this store

Nice store but it didn't have a ton of selection like other stores. I did find a pair of boots that I liked on sale at a pretty decent price though. The girl who checked us out was nice and friendly and was doing a good job.

I agree with everyone else, the customer service at this location is horrible. They act like you are bothering them when you ask questions and noone knows what they are talking about.

The 2 girls at the store didn’t provide good customer service. On other hand Isaiah was helping everyone including myself. He was patient, polite and had a positive attitude which I appreciated. Thank you Isaiah for your great service.

my last review was deleted Brynn is a sweet lady but has no clue how run a retail store like Ugg's and deal with chaos that ensues and drama this store always gets robbed and when complaints are made they are not handled well just as Desiree whom is the GM and complaints made she does not take serious they had two amazing leads Jesenia and Kayla leave because of all the drama and gossip if they would focus more on their staff they would be successful as KOP not to mention they have a lead named Kara who does voodoo in the store an witnesses have seen this even the cameras she sprays things around and does taro reading their on numerous occasions which is unprofessional she causes a lot of the drama their she mad sure the ladies that maintained the store and tried to reduce theft were driven away its unfair to employees.

I rate this store two stars for its Ugg products. However, the staff, including the manager, lacks customer service skills and common courtesy. Multiple visits to the Tanger Ugg store in Lancaster, PA, left me feeling like an inconvenience. I often struggle to find products, receive unhelpful responses, and encounter self-righteous attitudes at checkout. The store needs improvement in customer treatment. Please, do better!

I didn't make it to this location due to them not having in stock what I needed however I will note upon calling there the staff was super kind and gave direction of other locations i could reach out to.

Seems like some of the better stores are no longer there. Also you are not going to really find any bargains. Things are about the same price as other stores that are not considered outlets,

My complaint is not about the products of this store but the ladies who work here. I come from MD to this outlet and on 3 different occasions I have entered this store and no one speaks or greets, not 1. Each time there were 3 young ladies in there who were all standing back at either the desk or near the back in a huddle engrossed in their personal conversation. Even most recently when I was there (abt a little over a week ago) I walk in, as I noticed others walk in as well and NOT 1 OF THEM say anything. Even upon making a purchase at the counter no on asks 'hey did u find what you needed' or anything. They don't have to ask if anyone helped b/c they're all in the back of the store together so it's obvious no one is helping anyone. And still not even a hello. This is horrible for business. I will admit I have walked out of this store on one of those previous occasions due to lack of being greeted and when asking a question it appears I was "interrupting" their conversation.When I went to the counter recently to purchase a pair of boots, i informed the young lady:Me: I don't want the boxHer: So u just want the shoes?Am I crazy or was that a dumb question??Anyway?, it appears some of these workers need customer service training. Lack of attention to customers will become bad for business if it already hasn't.
