What a good place to get in shape mentally and physically, the amount of knowledge and experience they have here is unmatched , is always clean organized ??, the machines and the couches are top of the line ??

I come here often but not as much as i would like. Great gym awesome staff! They know hiw to push you and help you towards your specific goal or goals.

Steve is an excellent coordinator when it comes to the intellect of UFC's sole purpose. UFC is a great GYM to get in top-notch. Highly recommend! (Espicially the coaches classes they are a great source of motivation!)
