Customer service at this location isn't good. This is the only Turkey that I've been to in Lancaster where SmartPay on their own App doesn't work. It was brought to the cashier's attention two different times, months apart, and they didn't seem to care. I'm loyal to Turkey Hill, but this is a bit troubling since I frequent the New Holland Ave location and consistently have such a better shopping experience.

I have to comment on this Turkey hill. I live a couple blocks away so for me this is the convenient fastest Turkey Hill, and I’ve been coming here for 5 years regularly. It may look appear like that small corner Turkey Hill you tend to avoid and Yes there is the occasional poor soul outside breaking my heart wanting some compassion, like most city convenience stores . BUT each and every single employee I’ve encountered here has been NOTHING but WONDERFUL.
Whoever is managing this location truly does care and trains their staff in customer service.
There is ALWAYS a cheerful “hello!” when you walk in.
They play music that suits themselves and I LIKE THAT. I don’t know if they are ‘allowed” to but they should be. Because they are working hard and deserve to have the music they enjoy (which is always appropriate for the public!) on in the background. I know who is working based on the music I hear. This is a GOOD customer experience because of that.
I don’t care that it’s a small corner Turkey hill. They have GREAT employees who truly care about giving good customer service . No one needs to hesitate if needing to stop by their nearby Turkey Hill on Plum , you’ll be more then fine. Trust me.
Whoever is the manager- AND to their devoted employees- I see the work you’re putting into your location. It matters . And it’s appreciated.

I'm sure nobody looks at these because who really writes reviews for turkey hill? but i just have to say in case their managers or corporate come across this that the workers at this turkey hill are always exceptionally friendly. They always say hello when you walk in and hold conversations with you as you check out. It's super refreshing!!!

Very prejudice. Needs a convo in customer service. I walked out because of being profiled. Matter fact this isn't the only instance. The turkey hills in central pa needs help. It's sad that she was a manager at that. I'm calling the corporate office on the 31st of this may to report these instances.Tired of being disrespected in central pa turkey hills.
