Went in this place today and the old grumpy guy was HIGHLY RUDE to my participants and I. When walking in I said Hello as he didn't even say it back. One of my participants purchased an item in the store and not a single thank you came out this guy's mouth! When I spoke up to him he wanted to claim that he was "sick" as to why he performed his behavior. My participants and I didn't make him "sick" for him to be that rude towards us, so that's an excuse that will not fly by me. We entered your store with respect, so why not give it back in return? If you're going to work in retail especially at the mall have MANNERS and RESPECT! When exiting the store he decided to close the door behind us right as I told him I will be reporting his behavior as it was highly uncalled for! If you want to keep having service and get better ratings than this please consider getting rid of that guy ASAP! I can see your business hurting because of the way this guy is towards customers as I see there's been multiple complaints besides mine about this same guy. Disrespect and unwelcoming mannerisms is NOT the answer! Be blessed

Very convenient to grab snacks and drinks if you work in the mall, on the other hand most of the times ill pass on walking into the store if the older gentleman is working, which is most days. The atmosphere is extremely tense and most interactions I've had with him were not pleasant when i would only be grabbing small snack items, would make me wish i went elsewhere to grab them if there was one in the mall. Other workers in the store are extremely nice and friendly though!

The older gentleman is unbelievably RUDE. He always has had an attitude problem….. he’s a terrible person . Everyone else who works there is great. Professional. Welcoming and supportive. He needs to find another job because this location deserves a friendly candidate to support its clients . You can tell he was bullied as a child in the way he takes his time out just to be rude, nasty, unsupportive and hateful. FIND A NEW JOB OLD MAN because you stink at the one you call yourself doing now . Thanks
