Got a 2015 Kia forte last month. Jose was able to work with my credit situation and get me into the car I needed for a very low down payment . A month later everything is running excellent on the vehicle. I know these kinds of places are sketchy but I’m grateful my coworker referred me!

Sales are good at moving the substandard vehicles on the lot. Daughter bought a car there and had to have it serviced numerous times for the same issues. So they provide minimal service for two year powertrain only warranty. Minimal as they will band-aid to keep moving past the warranty and then they just claim the warranty is out. Financing uses higher than usual interest rates claiming they are the standard across the industry. If I were low income either dont buy here or if you like the vehicle finance elsewhere.

Jose was awesome! It was such a smooth and simple process! He made it so there was absolutely NO stress! I am so thankful to have found ticket to ride! If you’re thinking about it, don’t think any longer…just give them a try! You won’t be disappointed!

I honestly can say that I was so grateful for this opportunity to get a new used vehicle from ticket to ride. But I feel as thou I’ve been swindled. I signed up for a buy here pay here deal and purchase a 2016 Chevy impala. I had the car for 14 days. The car is a lemon I noticed the first day the AC didn’t blow cold air. Then the next day my battery died while getting gas. Then the third day I started hearing this banging noise in my dashboard soon as I open my car door with no key in the ignition. By day four day either my axle or ball joint or struts started shaking EVERYTIME I hit a pole hole it sounds like something under the car is about to fall. I’m truly disappointed in this place I had to schedule an appointment to get the car seen. I couldn’t take off on that schedule day so I took off from work with no pay just to return the car for service and they told me it’s going to take a couple of days just to view the car and then a few more days to service it. Then to add insult to injury they DO NOT OFFER ANY PROTECTION FAR AS LOANER CARS IF THE CAR THEY SALE YOU BREAKS DOWN. I had to pay 40$ for a friend to come and get me cause Lyft wanted 71.90 to get me home. From there dealership, I’m disgusted at this process when places like this takes advantage of there customers it just leaves a dark cloud on them. Now they got the car I don’t know when I’m getting it back and at this point all of those issues with the vehicle only after 14 days shows that they don’t do a get inspection on these cars and there mechanics must be turning a blind eye just to make a quota. Sad sad sad… honestly speaking I would not recommend anyone to go here. Only way they can make it right is put me in another vehicle and make sure they do they job far as inspecting there cars before you pull off the LOT.

It was a good experience except for when i took my car to get detailed they didn’t do anything to it all day and after u missed a whole day of work i went to pick up my car it it was still dirty then they said they would call and make another app for it they never did so now i have to call them and miss another day of work

Got a car yesterday Jose is super great took the Chevy Malibu to the car wash and guess what water was coming in really bad thru the back windshield side . Call and felt like they didn’t want to listen to my. Concern services guy hang up the phone one me had to call back , I felt like I was begging to get some help. Mind you this is what happens when u don’t take care your credit .

Went today to help my son get a car. Miss Santiago has very bad customer service skills. She wouldn't let me co sign since I don't live with my son wanted to thank her. Went to auto one. Got approved got a loan just a little over 7%. If we did go throught ticket to ride it would have over 20%. Do your research. Ticket to ride isn't the place to go.

Jose is a great salesman!!! The car not so well, was making a noise when first purchased, I took it in and got a rotor replaced from the side making the noise. When I picked the car up, before I left the parking lot the noise was still there. So I went back in and was told I had to “brake them in” that it’s normal for it to make that sound due to the brand that was used. Well month later the noise is still there.

I went out to look at a car and they were very inattentive. So I supplied an inquiry online. The person Jose I dealt with, he wouldn't reach back out in a timely mannor. Was rude when I dealt with him and then wouldn't reach back out for any information about the car and or if they could help me. Their business sucks so terribly. They need to get a better staff.
