I had a wonderful experience visiting this store. I was getting gifts for friends and family. Adam and Alias (i hope i got those right) were delightful. They took time to talk to us and tell us about other local spots we may have an interest in. Which we did and made our trip even more enjoyable. Loved the store layout and selection as well.

Beware! I took my Mother's Day gift card in and checked the balance with a clerk. They told me it was $75. When I went to pay, I was a few dollars over and they took my credit card. They then proceeded to charge my credit card for the FULL amount. It was a total fiasco from start to finish. No one knew what they were doing with their system. Months later I'm still trying to get my money back.

I always buy my tea's from tea and spice in Lancaster. The employees are so fabulous and kind . My order was packed beautifully and they put a lovely thank you note in the order. I will never buy my tea anywhere else but from here. There fabulous !!

In-store prices are not the same as online & they will not be honored in store.
Their tea is usually stocked well but if you after for a larger amount in a single bag (12oz in one bag instead of multiple smaller bags) it seems to be an issue for some reason.

love this store, we visit it every year when in myrtle beach, plus place orders thru out the year. great salts and teas. One thing i have noticed lately is that your websites do not work. they load and its a blank screen.

Shockingly expensive, and prices are not marked so unless you ask, you won't know how hard you're being hit until you get to the cash register. That said, all of their tea and spice offerings are superb, and the atmosphere, service, and ambiance are without compare.

What a wonderful place! There’s such an awesome variety of tea and the tea bar is a plus! We absolutely loved the ‘Earl Grey a la crème’ tea.

Super friendly and welcoming. Amazing assortment of spices, salts, sugars and teas. Can't wait to try the Red Hot Toddy herbal tea...smells just like a Red Hot.
