I love everything about this place but calling this place is a nightmare. I was asked to call back and tried several times with no answer . I was on the phone 15 to 20 minutes and no one picks up . This has been an ongoing problem

Our first visit was delightful from checking in to checking out! There was no waiting period either which is very rare these days.
Everyone we encountered was cheerful, friendly, professional and so very helpful. Dr Marwaha has the most remarkable bedside manner I have ever experienced and what a sense of humor he has! He took his time and explained everything in terms we could understand. Just a great overall experience!!!

have had a very good experience. My husband and I have been receiving heart treatment and they are excellent doctors and nurses. Excellent technical staff. They are empathetic. Very good facilities. I only have gratitude for everyone.

We are very pleased with the CARE my wife has received at the Heart Group and love her Dr. (Weinstein), but the office response to phone calls and Portal Messages is TERRIBLE.
We have been trying to get her Medical Records sent to an insurance company in order to qualify for a Medicare Supplement Policy which will save us premium expense. We can't contact anyone to do this for us.

There are nice people here, also they can accommodate you as far as if you need a wheelchair or an interpreter/translator, they seem to treat patients with respect and empathy, didn't see anyone being rude to anyone of them, except for a gentleman that was at this place with a patient, unfortunately for him, I was blocking his way on the driveway at the entrance because II was assisting my 82 year old mother and couldn't just dropped her off and leave. He asked me to move my vehicle and although I expressed my apologies he was just grumpy and still got mad at me, I wonder, what is wrong with these kind of people, that won't even say thanks anymore nor can accept an apology?Hopefully him and his companion had a better day afterwards. ?

Once finally seen by a cardiologist, I was pleased with his attentiveness and knowledge. However, scheduling an appointment was more than frustrating and frankly, concerning. I called to schedule a heart monitor "installation" and waited 13 minutes before hanging up to try again. My second call was 18 minutes and 22 seconds. On my third attempt, I asked to be connected with a nurse, hoping they could help me. I was rudely told that she didn't do that kind of thing--with no care for the fact that I had already waited 31 minutes and 22 seconds--and transferred me back into the voicemail system. Presently, I am 20 (additional) minutes into my wait to schedule an appointment. Is this good customer service ...specifically for patients with heart conditions?!?!

Dr. Etter saw my mom on 10/31/2022. Her b/p has been really inconsistent, her EKG was abnormal. He say they will order a heart stress test. She start feeling bad on her way to the lobby her b/p had increase to 134/101 with chest pain and her arm start getting num plus a little disoriented. We request the nurse or the doctor to take a look again and they say for her to drink water, that she was a little stress for the test coming up. And if she feels bad again to go to Emergency Room. We found out today after 10 days of waiting for the stress test appointment that they haven't even requested because they have up to 3 week to summit the request to the insurance. What's the point of seen a cardiologist? If you have any heart problems go to ER this were the cardiologist like Dr.Etter is willing to do his job.

There's a lack of concern in the symptoms I'm experiencing and little to no follow up from my doctor. Procedures are ordered but not thoroughly explained to me. I'm just told to come back to see them in 6 months. I leave there thinking I'm just a number. Also, it's nearly impossible to get through their scheduling line. They need to implement some sort of callback process so you don't have to wait on hold for 20+ minutes.

I need a pacemaker so I got approved for a heart monitor. There was an issue with the first one so it needed a replacement. I called four times and finally got the doctor to order a replacement. Then a NURSE who thinks she knows better than a person with a MEDICAL DOCTORATE said I wasn't allowed to have a heart monitor. I've been in agony for over a month while they were supposedly working on my case. I called back in today for an update since it's been a month and I haven't heard anything. Apparently that's because they didn't do anything. I'm currently waiting a call from the manager to determine why a NURSE is able to override a DOCTOR'S decision. I'm going to get her full name and report her to the PA licensing agency. Completely unacceptable levels of care. I've been in excruciating pain and nobody at this clinic cares. To those that work there: if you aren't empathetic and don't want to do your job, don't go into healthcare where your incompetence can cost people their LIVES. Reaching out to lawyers to talk about my options. Completely completely unacceptable.
