Very friendly and helpful staff! Jeffrey was wonderful! Very fair pricing!Our kid's bike (16") had a rear flat and I know next to nothing about fixing it. Searched around and found this place with stellar reviews (deserving of every single one, in my opinion!), and gave them a call (Tuesday early afternoon). Jeffrey answered and was, like, "yeah, should be an easy and quick fix, no appointment needed if that's all that's needed, about $10 for the tube and another $10 for labor." Cool! Brought the bike over and Jeffrey was able to get working on it right away. Jeffrey even went the extra mile to find the root cause of the leak in the tube in the first place, and it turned out to be a slight defect in the wheel spoke (slight metal piece that stuck out and poked into the tube)! Jeffrey pulled it out and filed it down. So glad that Jeffrey didn't just replace the tube and sent me on my way, because that metal defect wouldn't just cut into the brand new tube, too! In and out in about 30 minutes in total and paid exactly what he quoted me on the phone!I don't plan on biking personally, but if I did, I'm so glad to know where to turn to for some help!

Most of the time, they have great service. Sometimes, they'll have someone who does not seem into the project or only volunteers to fuel their personal ego, but ive seem that they have a good project...

Kind, helpful staff. Had them assemble my new bike (purchased online) and they even helped me set up my bike rack and secure it for the trip home! Did an awesome job. A great place to shop for bicyclists as well!

The Common Wheel was recommended to me and I am so glad I decided to check them out. I needed a tune up on my bike, and they were able to help me out that day. I couldn't be happier with my service. The staff is very friendly and super knowledgeable, I will definitely be visiting in the future

Absolutely top-class. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and, most importantly, patient! They have a great inventory of used and new bikes, and their prices are very fair (and so is their 30 warranty period). My fiancee and I purchased two used bikes and could not be happier with the quality of the refurbishment (even though the bikes were probably older than we are).If anyone asks me for a recommendation on bikes or bike repairs this is the first place I will recommend.

Had my Schwinn GTX3 converted from a 7 Speed to a 9 Speed. My bike rides better now than it did brand new out the box. I am very pleased with the service and the price. Now, I have puncture proof Tannus tires on Evo rims and they ride better than regular air tires in my personal opinion. I will definitely give this shop a 5/5 rating.

I am just getting started using a bike for my commute to school. I brought in my old bike that had been in my family for a long time because the chain broke. Frankie was very helpful in assisting me with replacing the chain, and even gave me other helpful recommendations to get my bike tuned up and good to go. I will definitely make time to go to the Common Wheel co-op to make the recommended repairs on my bike. I would highly recommend this bike shop to anyone, it is run by good people who love their craft.

My youngest attended the program and learned to work on his bike. He gained a skill set, and a bike at the end of the program for a small donation. Great idea and made some new friends along the way! Thanks to the creators and staff!

I brought my kids’ ratty, hand-me-down bikes in for repair and the staff couldn’t have been kinder. Their showroom has these lovely high-end bikes, but the staff were very kind in engaging my little tykes about their bikes/tricycles. One staff member even mentioned that a lot of people view the cheapy kids bikes as disposable and he liked that we were bothering to fix them rather than tossing them in a dumpster. The repairs only took a few days & the cost was very reasonable. This was well over a year ago & now that my oldest is ready for an upgrade, I plan to check in with them first. (Do they even sell kids bikes? I’ll call them on Monday.)
