Very poor and rude service I would highly recommend staying away from this company they are a rip off we just moved to a new property and the recent owner had suburban propane then we put it in or name when we bought it and with that they claim we had a 3 year contract now we have to pay 3 hundred bucks for a early fee cause we are not with them for three years ,,,trust me guys that's how they make their money buy making them sign a contract or any paper and then say you have to stay with them for three years,,,,but I'm gonna be saving a lot of money buy paying 300 bucks now then getting cheaper propane some where else,,,that's how expensive they are ,,,trust me guys Don't fall for itHere is a update; they did apologize for there behavior and they didn't charge me for the three year contract that wasn't signed by me.

Their customer service has sufferred since they bought out Agway Energy Products back in 03. Never cared about thier oil customers and alienated so many former Agway customers. Drove away AC customers and customers who didnt buy their overpriced fuel. The people in the local Office were wonderful.

Excellent Customer Service - I called for a delivery, was given a GREAT price and time of delivery. Delivery Driver showed as scheduled and I received my bill at the door.

Suburban has been a dependable delivery service of my propane for the last three years, also the installment of a gas stove fireplace took very little time... I trust as an ongoing promptly paying customer, that Suburban will be competitive in the cost of propane as well... I did notice an increase this year and notified Suburban and was corrected immediately... Thanks for taking care of business...
