Sharon is the ultimate host! Beds are comfy, food is delicious and it is conveniently nestled in a quiet suburb of Lancaster. We rent the family room when we go, with two bedrooms, a dining spot and a comfy couch...very homey!

Friendly, welcoming, peaceful bed n breakfast....great host..very comfy beds n pillows n delicious homemade breakfasts.From the driveway you can see miles of pasture...it was a perfect getaway!Best, The wolfsRooms: Small bed and breakfast, with comfy rooms, Blinds kept the morning light out, good closet space w large dresser and wardrobe. Plenty of lighting if you want to read. Great view. Seating in room. Mattresses very good and beds had lovely Amish quilts. We were very happy and comfortable.Food & drinks: We stayed three nights n each morning had a diffetent home cooked breakfast n it was wonderful. Our host was considerate of our dietary needs n flexible with times.Perfect homemade jam....

Lovely stay! Hosts, Sharon and Carl were so hospitable. Comfy bed, good coffee, hot shower, beautiful outdoor space and great breakfast. Felt so comfortable and welcomed. Great location for getting to sites, but quiet place. Lots of good ideas for exploring.

This place was amazing & the owner was so nice & accommodating. We had been calling-around just hours before I was to arrive from AL, because my previous AirBnB canceled on us with no notice. After several other supposedly "available" bookings were not actually available, we were getting desperate. We reached-out to this owner about an "available" booking, which also turned-out to not actually be available. But after explaining our situation with the 17hr drive, canceled AirBnB, & the other places having false "available" slots because they didn't update their listings/calendars-she took mercy on us. She had a different (more expensive) room available, gave us that, but only charged us what we would have paid for the original room. It was a God-sent & she was our savior lol.The space/house was beautiful & clean, with great amenities. The outside space was also really nice & had cats to pet. The surrounding area had great restaurants & cool things to do like an interactive tour with farm animals & hot-air balloon rides. I recommend visiting the area & if you do, I definitely recommend staying here. I know I will the next time I visit Lancaster.

Sept 2022. A very nice place for a quiet and peaceful Day/Night stay. We found a VERY clean B&B, beautiful lawn to walk about and delightful breakfast. WE WILL RETURN SOON.

I can say that I slept comfortably in the bed and the room was nice. The wife was a very great host but her husband was very rude. I was there with my sorority sisters and we spoke to him twice and not one time did he open up his mouth to speak. I really think that he is racist because he interacted with the other two guests who were Caucasian, he had a lot to say to them and he looked at us like we had two heads. I think that when you run a bed and breakfast if you are going to take my money at least open your darn mouth and say hello. I would never stay there again or refer someone to this establishment. My sorority sister who I had met for the very first time was rude also and uncouth and I have no idea how she even found and chose your establishment. In the future if you are going to entertain African American guests your husband I hope will be more courteous.

The accommodations were warm, inviting and very comfortable. We stayed in the West Room with a king bed, sofa,bistro table and chairs and private bathroom. The owners, Sharon and Carl, were welcoming. Sharon greeted us at the porch and showed us around. She told us about a local Fair that we might like to visit. Nighttime tea and coffee bar was available to us. Full Breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend for one night or extended stay. 3 other room options are available. Hope to return.

A piece of heaven here on earth. This is a real breakfast bed and breakfast. A real well thought out home made breakfast. The host is very welcoming and went above and beyond for our every need. We even had a giant yard to throw the football around (haven't done that in years) there is no TV but there is internet so if that is your thing bring your own device. Enjoy this beautiful secret of PA, ps you will probably find yourself back here sooner then you think

What a beautiful bed and breakfast. It was so homely and the perfect slice of calm farm living. The hosts were so caring and friendly, talkative if you want, keep to themselves if you desire. I stayed here, my girlfriend was a bridesmaid so she stayed nearby in the bridal suite. I had such a special time and this place totally made my entire trip. I could not recommend it enough.Thank you for making my trip. <3
