It is currently in a very sad state, most stores are empty. They have signs stating they are going to build apartments in the middle section, and get restaurants and other merchants in. I hope that do it fast, because it is barely worth stopping by right now.

It use to be great but now it is old and lacks stores. Talk of improvements have gone on for years with various owners. I will believe them when they actually are built.

So sad to see the Rockvale outlets minimized to just a small list of stores. We come just for Disney and Maurice's. I hope they don't close what remains they will be sorely missed.

There is barely anything left in these “outlets”. The few stores left should move over to tanger. Such a waste of time, space, and property. Before you come here, research what is left. If you come looking for outlets, you will be disappointed.

Disney store and a few others are still up and running in the outlets, so very sad to see most of the stores closed up, it is and was a wonder place to shop. If everyone starts gong back they may start to see new stores.
