Outrageous price on Avery name badges, in my opinion. We were having an event at work and expecting 180 guests. We didn't realize we had used all of our Avery name badges until the night before the event, too last minute to order online. I drove out to Staples and paid $85.98 for 2 packs (320) adhesive name badges. It just seems a bit steep. I understand there's a price for convenience but that's more than double the price online.

The customer service is horrible, I went this morning because I had to return a package to Amazon I needed to print the return label and they have printers for self doing it I understand that, but it was my first time doing this and they saw me struggling and didn’t help me, after like 20 minutes I finally figured out how to print the label because I had to send it to them by email so they could give me a code, the first print went wrong they couldn’t scan the QR code, so the one that was “helping” me told me that I had to print it again and not even because they saw I made wrong the first time, that helped me, I asked for help once and one of them came and literally didn’t help at all, I wish I could give this store 0 stars

In Staples, I always find what I need , they have very good services and very good merchandise and electronics. The workers are very professional, knowledgeable and courteous.

Absolutely unprofessional service. People who work at the printing counter changed and been replaced with some "ultra rude" people. Specially if you do not look like them!! Read between the lines!!

The service at the shipping/copying counter is... uncomfortable. The employees always act like you're bothering them when they're chatting amongst themselves and they lack consistency. I'm usually there dropping off packages to ship and each time I get a different story about whether or not they need to scan it in. Some employees tell me that the packages need to be scanned in by them or else they'll get lost while others say that it's not necessary and they don't scan it at all (like today). If it's important for getting shipments out then everyone should be processing them the same way. I just don't understand where the confusion is.

Every year, like so many other teachers in our community, I go to stores like Staples to buy school supplies for students who may otherwise not have what they need for the upcoming school year. For the last two years now, the manager at this location has gone above and beyond to help me! He showed me how to download and navigate the Rewards program, all of the coupons, and the best deals, so I would be able to buy the most for these students. He was amazingly thoughtful, patient, and genuinely wanted to be helpful. It's people like him that help make a difference. I definitely recommend shopping at this store!

They never can’t do a business card for me .. but I go to any other store in less than 5 minute they made it.. I don’t understand why they are there in the store if they not willing to work to help people I really don’t get it

Horrible business to drop off packages for UPS, beware people DO NOT TRUST to drop off ur packages here bc they won’t scan it and there will be tendency to lost ur packages. I regret badly by dropping my packages here and now I don’t know where they r. Never again!

Went in for printing last Tuesday. The black ink was off on the printed copies so I said something to the employee. She rudely stated the toner needed to be replaced and it would take awhile to fix. She offered to make a copy of one of the papers to help and then left it on the counter. Printing was blurry and had spots on it from the copy machine. For $3 per sheet of paper I expected it to at least be legible. Contacted their customer service and no follow up. Staples lost me as a customer, will go to OfficeMax / CopyMax in the future.
