Terrible service through the drive through. Employee said for us to pull up to the second window for our food which was an app that takes maybe a total of 5 mins to make and bag which we had ordered ahead of time. We sat at the window for about 10 mins and both employees (this includes the manager) saw us sitting at the drive through window several times and couldn't be bothered to take 2 seconds to just hand the order out. (I am a former shift supervisor of Sheetz back in 2012) So I know how long things should roughly take. A sense of urgency is no longer present which is a shame. Sheetz standards, quality, urgency and many others have been going drastically down hill in the past few years, very sad to know how good Sheetz USED to be and to see how bad it's become and continues to get worse.

2nd time in a row a simple order was "coming in a minute" but was either sitting in the wrong place or wasn't even in the queue.

Ive been sitting in the drive-thru waiting for a single drink for 20 minutes .....you guys are the absolute worst. Yall got 4 people outside or in the back messing around. Meanwhile cars sit in the drive thru while i see my order sitting on the counter....asked for a refund and apparently the 50 year old grown man that works at sheetz cant count because he gave me 5 bucks when my order was over 15.....sad

I purchased 2 hot dogs for $2.12 . Not bad , except that they were brown burnt and discolored on the outside from overcooking, and room temperature in the middle. Rude laughing young people working the counters !

Sandwich got the opposite of extra condiment, and didn’t get my mozzarella sticks. Do better, sheetz, if people are eating here they’re likely in a rush for some food and don’t have the patience to deal with driving back to complain

11/4/23. I should make this a one alone based off the experience tonight. I paid over 30+ for 3 food items which I didn't mind that it's the fact my orders were prepared so bad there was hardly any of meat ,cheese ,or anything I ordered on the sub and burrito and I mean hardly nothing I had more bread than anything and even said on the receipt I even asked for extra meat. I couldn't return the products cause I unfortunately didn't discover the issue till I gotten home. Which sucks cause this location has been consistently good. Also their were 5 staff members in the kitchen and were hardly busy they were standing there talking and I had to ask them for my order when I already placed and paid for it prior to showing up. Other than that it's still one of the best locations but tonight just really irked me
