Absolutely stellar customer service! And well priced! I received my order on time and exactly as ordered. One item arrived broken. It was very well packed so not the fault of the shipper. As soon as I reported the damage they (Samantha) immediately sent me a new one. Really couldn't ask for more.

Received Stein today - Very pleased! Arrived in perfect condition, was very carefully packaged and the stain is absolutely beautiful! My son began collecting the Budweiser steins in 2010, after his father passed away, because his father had always collected them too, so I always see to it every year that my son gets his collectible Stein. So glad I discovered Sam's Mancave and very happy with the price, the fast delivery, the packaging, everything, thank you all so much for helping me carry on the tradition for "a Budweiser stein for Christmas"!

First time visiting this shop and it was a great experience! There are so many vintage and modern steins, glasswear, figurines, signs, and much more to explore. This little shop has a lot to offer at inexpensive prices! I will be recommending this shop to people i know and look forward to future trips here.
