Today i went to Sally's from litiz pike. It looks like it was just the manager and a employee working. I don't remember the managers name but I had asked her if there was nail liquid, she showed me where it was and she also told me that there were more in the back of the cashier. (Mind you, I asked her if she had bigger sizes) I went to check where she had told me first, But I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it because of the size, so I went to the cashier and asked the employee to show me the other nail liquid options, she showed me and I ended up getting the one I went to first. Then, I ask the manager if she had nail clippers in stock, and she said she was out of stock. So after that I was just minding my business and grabbing the supplies that I hadda get, And this manager has the urge to talk about me to the other employee calling me impatient and saying a whole bunch of things in SPANISH like I didn't understand her ? and she has the URGE to say that shes really busy? It is literally you and a employee working. With just me in the store. About a minute or two later my mother had called me and I was speaking to her in spanish. Then the manager cashed me out and was acting all nice like if she didn't just put off a show. que estupida mas IGNORANTE! And I hope she sees this.

i’ve been going to sally’s for years, never have i had an experience as bad as this one. i placed an order yesterday for 2 hour delivery, when i got the email that said it was delivered i had someone go out to get it and it wasn’t there. i called sally’s and was then sent on a wild goose chase because they don’t even know who picked up my order. i called customer service and if someone stole my package (which is literally the only option at this point) all i got was a 25% off code than could only be used online. i then today placed another order for the same hair dye for pickup because no one was helping me resolve my problem, and i waited more than the two hours quoted for pickup time. when i call to ask about things im treated as if i got the order and are trying to scam them, i’ve asked all my neighbors, even ones that didn’t make sense to ask. will not be a customer of sally’s anymore.

I am (or was) a frequent customer but lately, they are closed when they should be open and I am wasting gas and time coming out here. Why are the doors always locked and the store always dark during posted open times?

This store manager is amazingly helpful taking the time to advise on color and application technique. I’ve had the opportunity to speak with her on a few different occasions and locations and her desire to help her customer was exceptional each time

Worst place in town! Not worth the trip to get products. Very unprofessional and disrespectful! Worst part is that even another employee agreed on how rude that other employee was!!!!!

Cashier was very nice to the two clients that were in front of me in line , but when my turn came , she just straight asked where did you put the red dye ? I was a bit confused about the question and then she asked again are you going to pay for it ? (with an attitude) that’s when I realized she was insinuating I stole the red dye. I ignored her , paid for my stuff and left. So rude for no reason. Worst experience I ever had !

Customer service is awful. The girls are extremely rude. Not sure how this store is still open. It is a shame the one on Lincoln highway is closing. They are wonderful there

We've been trying to go to pick up some much needed supplies the last couple days and no one is actually there, they have a sign on the door stating they will be back in 10 minutes but they never come back. We waited at least 30 minutes. Not to mention no one is answering the phone.Very very disappointing.

Customer service is really horrible here. But the selection is great, I can find in this store anything I need.
