Great service. Had my windshield repaired by Jeremy at my house. He had a great attitude professional. I had some scratches to the paint job when replacing the glass. Things happen. He told me to called a body shop they will pay for the repairs. Happy with the work he did. Highly recommend.

A rock or something hit our window on Sunday and created a sunburst. While in the car I scheduled an appointment with Safelite for Wednesday at 8 AM. Repair was finished and completed and I was on the road by 8:30. Great work and exceptional service.

We had an exceptional experience working with the Lancaster location to replace our windshield at our home. The communication from their office by phone, text and email was the best customer service we have had in a long time.
Our technician, Joel, called to say he could come earlier than our scheduled appointment window, which was great!
Joel did an excellent job!
Based on our experience, we would highly recommend the Lancaster location.

Good experience. I completed the on line order, two days later they came to my home and changed out the windshield. Paid the bill online and it was a smooth transaction. Why better than having to drop the notice off at a shop.

I recently had a crack in my windshield and tried calling some other local places to have the work done for a replacement. I had little or no correspondence regarding the scope of work for my windshield replacement from other providers. I contacted Safelite and was immediately scheduled. Their customer service was excellent and very professional. Highly recommend.
