THIS IS HOW PEOPLE DIE IN TRUCKS!My company leased 3 brand new trucks from Ryder one of them has had many brake failures when the truck is loaded. When I toke it to them to fix the problem the shop foreman was right beside me when their mechanic drove off to take it to the dealer when stopping in their lot the front brakes were so hot it kept screeching to a stop. The foreman said to me there is a problem with the brakes so they bobtail it to test and tell me it stops so its good enough. When it failed again I took it back again they told me they cant figure it out that I can just sublease the truck to someone else. I WILL NEVER DO THAT SOMEONE IS GOING TO DIE IN THAT TRUCK! It is now late December they have had the truck since around early August. They now tell me they load tested it however they only test with about 2500 lbs. we normally carry about 45000 lbs. so a 2500 lbs test is a joke.**** I just received a call from ryder they are cancelling all of my leases now even the trucks I have are paid for. I believe it is because I shared this danger with the public.Update they did not take the trucks I believe it is due to my posts.These new pics are from some of the sub units they send to me. None of the subs will pass a DOT inspection they have retreads that are coming off. All of them have warning lights on, which we are told that it is ok to drive the trucks even though most of the lights pertain to the braking system. Last night they replaced one sub with yet another (it is only Tuesday and we are on sub number 5 and I only have 2 ryder trucks in my fleet) and it made it a whole hour before it would not go into gear because the truck could not build enough air to make the transmission work.I told my sales rep that I would post all of our communications so now he will not respond. I believe if ryder actually saw some of the texts between him and I he would be fired.After keeping my unit for a week they sent it back and it lasted for almost a 2 whole minutes when the driver started the truck all of these warning lights came on, as can be seen in the pics. I don't think they did anything but erase codes to put the warning lights out. They got it again last night and the replacement sub lasted about 2 hours then as seen on the latest pics it is broken also. You cannot run a company that relies on trucks if you cant get a reliable truck. They did however threaten me again that if I continue to fight for a reliable truck they will call the lease and sue me. Just for the record that was a verbale threat he would not put it in writing.More ongoing problems. 16 breakdowns in about 2 weeks, in the video below you can see they returned one of my original trucks after having it for about 2 weeks. The truck would not even start because they never fixed the problem. In the second pic shows once it started the cpc light stayed on. They are not refusing to tow any more breakdowns for me and told me they are going to start charging me for the replacement units. I will also show a pic of an email from Wyatt my sales rep telling me to sublease a problem truck to someone else. I will not do that to me it is incredibly unethical. Actually I just looked at the disclaimer on his email and even though I told him I would share anything from them they can sue me if I share the email. I will also post here more pics of dangerous safety lights on in the trucks. Please take note that most of the safety light have to do with break problems

Don't get fuel here unless you want to spend half your day waiting. Fuel guy is horrible. 15 minute process takes 30-45...unreal
