Got a flower delivery for my 20th Anniversary and typically my arrangements from Royer's look GREAT for 7-10 days and last about 14 but some of the flowers looked droopy after 2 days. Called up and spoke with Sonya, who was wonderful, and she was happy to replace immediately. I brought them in and she went to work right away on a replacement bouquet. Royer's is well known for beautiful flower arrangements but what really makes a business outstanding is what happens when an issue arises. I couldn't be more pleased with my experience and my flowers! Thanks so much.

Their driver just attempted to deliver an arrangement, but I wasn’t available. He left with the arrangement, called me, left a message stating he didn’t want to leave it outside because of the heat wave we’re having! Kudos for a job well done and putting the delivery on the next route for delivery today! Thank you!!!!

They are so amazing. I needed a casket spray within two hours of my father's funeral Service because another company canceling my order the same day and Royer's made it happen. The staff is very friendly and the casket spray I got was beautiful. Thank you!

I walked into Royer’s on a whim to see about making little bouquets for my parent’s anniversary that day. The associate was so friendly and helpful in listening to what I wanted, as well as adding what she thought would work. She put together 2 amazing daisy bouquets that I could not have done myself. She provided me instructions and care items I needed to travel with them to keep them in the best condition. The interaction was so fast, and she helped make the day special. I thought the pricing was very reasonable. I definitely recommend!

Ordered 2 specialized arrangements for my mother-in-law's funeral. Went into store and described in detail to a staff person who diligently wrote up details that I wanted . I. Couldn't be more delighted with the arrangements . They were just perfect! Thank you .

Purchased two different Arrangements of Flowers and put them together myself (in store) with the help of an employee. The vase Arrangement came out Great,, which I purchased. Very helpful lady. Had flowers for any budget. Beautiful arrangements for Christmas, as well as wreaths, planters and Graveside. I was looking for ready made but I'm sure the cut flower Bouquets are nice too.

My mother ordered a Flower Bouquet for my Grandmother who lives on PA to be delivered on Saturday. You failed to do so and offered to deliver it next day. It didn't arrive. It was then offered to be deliver on Monday, still no flowers. She was offered a box of cookies, she just needed to pay for the shipping. My grandmother loves flowers, so that's what my mother wanted. She was then offered a bouquet of roses; then she was told that it wasn't an option. My mom made multiple attempts with you. Sunday and Monday passed and no flowers arrived. My Grandmother is 99 years old, and all my mother wanted was to send her flowers for Christmas; which is a big deal for her. My Mother suffered a stroke and a heart attack, she is still upset by this situation. Your business is supposed to bring people together. Be more considerate of who you affect. If you don't have the means to deliver a product then you shouldn't be doing what you do.
